Հայաստանը ՌԴ խոշորագույն առևտրային գործընկերների տասնյակում է

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պաշտոնավարման տարիներին ՌԴ հետ քաղաքական հարաբերությունների վատթարացման ֆոնին շարունակում են շեշտակի զարգանալ հայ-ռուսական տնտեսական հարաբերությունները։ Հայաստանը հայտնվել է Ռուսաստանի խոշորագույն առևտրային գործընկերների տասնյակում 2024 թվականի հունվար-հոկտեմբերի տվյալներով։ Դաշնային մաքսային ծառայության տվյալներով՝ Հայաստանին բաժին է ընկել արտաքին առևտրի 1,8-ը, որով երկիրը զբաղեցրել է 8-րդ տեղը ԵՄ ամենամեծ տնտեսության՝ Գերմանիայի հետ միասին։ Հաջորդն Իտալիան է, իսկ լավագույն 10-յակը եզրափակում է Ուզբեկստանը։
Լավագույն եռյակում են հայտնվել Չինաստանը, Հնդկաստանը և Թուրքիան։ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի միջև ապրանքաշրջանառությունը 2024 թվականի 10 ամիսներին հասել է 10,2 մլրդ դոլարի, ինչը կրկնակի գերազանցում է 2023 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի ցուցանիշը։
Նման աճն առաջին հերթին կապված է ՌԴ դեմ արևմտյան պատժամիջոցներով, երբ Հայաստանն ու մի քանի այլ երկրներ հնարավորություն ստացան տարանցում և վերաարտահանում իրականացնել։ Բնականաբար, դա նաև բխում է ՀՀ շահերից, հատկապես վերջին տարիների տնտեսական աճի գլխավոր աղբյուրն են։ Ըստ տնտեսագետների, արդեն 2025 թվականին տնտեսական աճը նվազելու է, հարկային մուտքերը՝ նույնպես։ Անցած տարի, օրինակ, թերահավաքվել է շուրջ 200 մլրդ դրամի հարկ, և դրա հետևանքները կսկսեն շոշափելի դառնալ արդեն 2025 թ. առաջին ամիսներին։
