74 տարեկանում մահացել է ՌԴ Պետդումայի նախկին պատգամավոր, Խորհրդային բանակի գնդապետ Վիկտոր Ալկսնիսը։ Դրա մասին հայտնել է նրա դուստրը՝ Իրինան, գրում է Ura.ru-ն։

Դեռևս 2019 թվականի հոկտեմբերին նրան քաղցկեղ են ախտորոշել և նա ենթարկվել է մի քանի վիրահատությունների, իսկ 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 30-ին գնդապետը հեմոռագիկ (արյունահոսական) կաթված է տարել և ընկել կոմայի մեջ, գրում է լրատվամիջոցը։

Վիկտոր Ալկսնիսը խորհրդային և ռուսաստանցի հայտնի քաղաքական գործիչ է, որը 1989-1991 թվականներին եղել է ԽՍՀՄ ժողովրդական պատգամավոր, 1990-1991 թվականներին՝ Լատվիական ԽՍՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի պատգամավոր։ Նա 1999-2007 թվականներին եղել է նաև Պետդումայի երրորդ և չորրորդ գումարումների պատգամավոր, իսկ 2013-2015 թվականներին ղեկավարել է Մոսկվայի մարզի Ռուզայի շրջանի Տուչկովո քաղաքատիպ ավանը։

Վիկտոր Ալկսնիսը ծնվել է 1950 թվականի հունիսի 21-ին Կեմերովոյի մարզի Տաշտագոլի քաղաքում, լատվիացի և ռուս ծնողների ընտանիքում։ Նրա պապը՝ Յակով Ալկսնիսը, ԽՍՀՄ ավիացիայի հարցերով ժողովրդական պաշտպանության կոմիսարի տեղակալ շշէ եղել և ղեկավարել է Կարմիր բանակի ռազմաօդային ուժերը։ 1938 թվականին գնդակահարվել է։

Վիկտորի տատիկը հայտարարվել է «ժողովրդի թշնամու» կին։ Նա 14 տարի անցկացրել է ճամբարներում և բանտերում։ Նրա հորը մանկատուն են ուղարկել։ Յակով Ալկսնիսի արդարացումից հետո ընտանիքը տեղափոխվել է Ռիգա։

Վիկտոր Ալկսնիսը մինչև 1973 թվականը սովորել է Ռիգայի բարձրագույն ռազմական ավիացիոն դպրոցում՝ որպես ռազմական ռադիոէլեկտրոնիկայի ինժեներ։ Ուսումնական հաստատությունը կրում է նրա պապիկի անունը։

Ունենալով որակավորում՝ Վիկտոր Ալկսնիսն ուղարկվել է ծառայելու օդային ուժերում։

Վիկտոր Ալկսնիսն իր քաղաքական կարիերան սկսել է հրապարակայնության և վերակառուցման ժամանակաշրջանում՝ դառնալով ԽՍՀՄ ժողովրդական պատգամավոր Ռիգայի Յուգլա ազգային-տարածքային շրջանից։ 1990 թվականին ընտրվել է Լատվիական ԽՍՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի անդամ։ Այդ ժամանակ Ալկսնիսը նախաձեռնել է  «Միություն» պատգամավորական խմբի ստեղծումը և ԽՍՀՄ ժողովրդական պատգամավորների համագումարում ակտիվորեն մասնակցել դրա աշխատանքներին։

Ալկսնիսը հայտնի է որպես Խորհրդային Միության փլուզման հակառակորդ։ Այդ առնչությամբ 1990-ի նոյեմբերին նա պահանջել է, որ այն ժամանակվա նախագահ Միխայիլ Գորբաչովը մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում կարգուկանոն հաստատի երկրում, ինչպես նաև քննադատել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Էդուարդ Շևարդնաձեի և ՆԳ նախարար Վադիմ Բակատինի գործողությունները։ Նույն թվականի աշնանը Ալքսնիսն առաջարկել է նրանց թոշակի ուղարկել։

Ինչպես նշում է լրատվամիջոցը, Վիկտոր Ակսնիսը լրագրողների շրջանում հայտնի է դարձել որպես «սև գնդապետ»։ Դա պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ նա Խորհրդային Միությունում 1991 թվականին աջակցել է Արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ​​կոմիտեի՝ ГКЧП-ի կողմնակիցներին։ Բացի դրանից, նա ականատես է եղել 1993 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 4-ին Մոսկվայում տեղի ունեցած ողբերգական իրադարձություններին, երբ տանկերից կրակել են Սպիտակ տան վրա։ Դա դարձել է Ելցինի հեղաշրջման գագաթնակետը։
