Դեսպանների փոփոխություններ են լինելու

Ամանորից հետո գործող իշխանությունները պատրաստվում են հեռացնել առանցքային երկրներում մի քանի դեսպանների՝ նրանց փոխարեն նշանակելով քաղաքական թիմի անդամների։ Փաշինյանը, ով 2018 թ. իշխանափոխությունից հետո հայտարարում էր, որ դիվանագիտական ներկայացուցչությունների ղեկավարները պետք է արհեստավարժներ լինեն՝ համապատասխան կրթությամբ, վերջին տարիներին կտրուկ փոխել է իր մոտեցումը, քանի որ չի վստահում ԱԳՆ հին և պրոֆեսիոնալ թիմին։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Արարատ Միրզոյանը Փաշինյանին մի ցուցակ է տվել, թե ով պիտի լքի իր պաշտոնը։ Ընդ որում, այդ ցուցակում ոչ միայն դեսպաններ են, այլև փոխնախարարներ, վարչության պետեր։

44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո Փաշինյանի թիմը որոշ նշանակումներ արել էր քաղաքական թիմից, բայց հիմնական ծանրությունը մնացել էր ԱԳՆ հին աշխատակիցների ուսերին։ Գործող ԱԳ նախարարին այդպես էլ չհաջողվեց լեզու գտնել «նախկինների» հետ, պարտադրել, որ կատարեն իրենց ապօրինի հրահանգները, և այժմ ուզում են ազատվել։ Առաջին հերթին, առաջատար արևմտյան երկրներում ծառայող դեսպաններն են հարվածի տակ։

Ի դեպ, ԱԳՆ-ում առանձնապես գոհ չեն նաև իրենց նշանակված կուսակիցներից, կարծում են՝ լավ չեն աշխատում։ Մասնավորապես, դժգոհություններ կան ԱՄՆ-ում դեսպան Լիլիթ Մակունցից, նույնիսկ այդ մասին ասել են Փաշինյանին, բայց վերջինս կոշտ հրահանգել է «անգլերենի իր ուսուցչուհու» մասին այլևս որևէ վատ բառ չասել, նրան հետ կանչելու որևէ տարբերակ չկա։
