Հարավային Կովկասում Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանն իրենց քաղաքականությամբ հարվածեցին ռուսական ազդեցությանը. Աբրահամյան

Ադրբեջանական ավիաընկերության ինքնաթիռի վթարից հետո, Բաքվի ողջ քարոզչությունը հակառուսական հիստերիայի մեջ է: Այդ մասին գրում է «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը․
«Սկզբում արհեստական հանրային պահանջի ֆոն ձևավորեցին, որ ՌԴ-ն պետք է ներողություն խնդրի, թեև նման դեպքերում հենց այդպես էլ լինում է, հետո սկսեցին տոնել ՌԴ նախագահի հնչեցրած ներողությունը` այն անուղղակի ներկայացնելով որպես ադրբեջանական ճնշման արդյունք:
Ռուս-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների դաշնակցային բնույթն ակնհայտորեն իրավիճակային բնույթ ունի, որը մի կողմից ձևավորվեց Հարավային Կովկասում ՌԴ ավանդական դաշնակցի` Հայաստանի հետ խաթարված հարաբերությունների բացը լրացնելու, մյուս կողմից` ռուս-ուկրաինական ճգնաժամում միջազգային սանկցիաները մեղմելու-շրջանցելու նպատակով:
Սակայն իրականում ռուս-ադրբեջանական, իսկ հիմնականում` ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերություններում խորքային խնդիրներն կան, որոնք արտաքուստ քիչ են արտահայտվում, սակայն ռեալպոլիտիկում` թշնամական են:
Անկախ քաղաքական առանձնահատկություններից և երևացող պրոցեսներում այս երկրների միջև հրապարակային արտահայտվող ջերմությամբ, և´ Հարավային Կովկասում, և´ Մերձավոր արևելքում, Թուրքիան ու Ադրբեջանն իրենց քաղաքականությամբ տարբեր բնույթի հարվածներ են հասցրել ռուսական ազդեցությանն ու իմիջին:
Դեռ չեմ խոսում Սիրիայի տարածքում թուրքական ՀՕՊ-ի կողմից ՌԴ ռազմական ինքնաթիռի խոցման, 44-օրյա պատերազմի վերջին օրերին, Երասխի հատվածում, ադրբեջանցիների խոցած ռուսական ուղղաթիռի կամ 2023 թվականին, Արցախի դեմ ադրբեջանական հարձակման օրերին, 6 ռուս խաղաղապահներ սպանելուն, որոնց թվում էր նաև ռուսական առաքելության հրամանատարի տեղակալը:
Բարդ իրավիճակները որպես կանոն միքայլանի կամ պարզ լուծումներ չեն ենթադրում, սակայն միջազգային հարաբերություններում իրենց շահերն առաջ են մղում կամ նվազագույնը չեն կորցնում այն երկրները, որոնք երկարաժամկետ խաղացողներ են, կարողանում հնարավորինս ճշգրիտ գնահատել ռազմաքաղաքական իրադրությունը տարբեր ժամանակային կտրվածքով և ըստ այդմ` պրագմատիկ հարաբերություններ, ռազմավարական գործընկերություն կամ դաշնակցային հարաբերություններ կառուցում այս կամ այն երկրի կամ կառույցի հետ:
ՀԳ. Այս համատեքստում ՀՀ իշխանության որդեգրած կուրսին կամ անելիքներին չեմ անդրադառնում, որովհետև սրանց արածի հետևանքը` մեր գլխին բերած հսկայական տարածքային և մարդկային կորուատներն են»,- գրել է նա:
