ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը դեկտեմբերի 27-ին աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել Համայնքային ոստիկանության Արտաշատի բաժնում։  Հայտնում են ՆԳՆ-ից: 

Մասնակցում էին ՆԳ նախարարի տեղակալները, գլխավոր քարտուղարն ու նախարարության ղեկավար կազմը։ ՆԳՆ ենթակա ծառայությունների տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարները ներկայացրել են հաշվետու ժամանակահատվածում աշխատանքի արդյունքները, տարածքների օպերատիվ իրավիճակը։ Քննարկվել են տարբեր հանցատեսակների դեմ պայքարի միջոցառումների, տեխնածին աղետների կանխարգելման, արագ արձագանքման, կարողությունների զարգացման, ծառայությունների համագործակցության, ինչպես նաև կադրային քաղաքականության վերաբերյալ հարցեր: Վեր են հանվել առկա բացթողումներն ու նախանշվել թերացումների վերացման ուղղությամբ լուծումներ։ 

Արարատի մարզ կատարած աշխատանքային այցի ընթացքում ՆԳ նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանն այցելել է Միգրացիայի և քաղաքացիության ծառայության Մասիսի բաժին։ Նախարարը զրուցել է ստորաբաժանման աշխատակիցների և կենդանի հերթի ձևաչափով սպասարկվող քաղաքացիների հետ։ Արփինե Սարգսյանին են ներկայացվել քաղաքացիների էլեկտրոնային հերթագրման նոր հիբրիդային համակարգի առանձնահատկությունները։ Նախարարը ծանոթացել է նաև կենսաչափական անձնագրերի և նույնականացման քարտերի թողարկման գործընթացին, հանձնարարել քաղաքացիների հետ շփումներում լինել բարեկիրթ և մատուցել բարձրորակ ծառայություն։ 


Նույն օրը ՆԳ նախարարը եղել է նաև ՆԳՆ Արտաշատի հաշվառման-քննական բաժանմունքում։ Նրան են ներկայացվել քաղաքացիների հերթերի կառավարման և համարանիշների որոնման էլեկտրոնային համակարգերը։ Նախարարը շրջել է քաղաքացիների սպասարկման սրահում, եղել համարանիշների տպագրման, վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականի որակավորման տեսական քննության հանձնման սենյակում, ծանոթացել պայմաններին և հագեցվածությանը։ Վարորդական իրավունքի վկայականի գործնական քննության համար նախատեսված ավտոդրոմում ներկայացվել են քաղաքացիների սպասասրահի, քննական մեքենաների համալրվածության և քննական գործընթացի վերաբերյալ մանրամասներ։ Արփինե Սարգսյանը զրուցել է բաժանմունք այցելած քաղաքացիների հետ, հետաքրքրվել սպասարկման և տրամադրվող ծառայությունների որակով։ Նախարարը հանձնարարել է ինտենսիվ աշխատանքով կրճատել հերթերի տևողությունը, բացառել կոռուպցիոն որևէ դրսևորում։ 


Նույն օրը Արարատի մարզի օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնում Արփինե Սարգսյանին են ներկայացվել ոստիկանների և փրկարարների համատեղ ծառայության արդյունքները։ Նախարարը ծանոթացել է ահազանգերի սպասարկման, այդ թվում՝ տվյալների մշակման, փոխանցման և օպերատիվ ամփոփագրերը կազմելու գործընթացին, ներկայացվել են կենտրոնի ծրագրային հնարավորությունները՝ պարեկային կարգախմբերի քարտեզը, ծառայությունն օնլայն վերահսկելու և դեպքերի կառավարման համակարգը։
