Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 28-ին, արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Արագածոտնի մարզում։ Ինչպես տեղից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, առավոտյան ժամը 09։20-ից Արագածոտնի մարզի Աշտարակ խոշորացված համայնքի Արագածոտն բնակավայրի մոտ 40 տների բնակիչներ զրկվել են էլեկտրաէներգիայից։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում գյուղացիները, ովքեր հավաքվել էին գյուղի սկզբնամասում, արդարացիորեն ասում էին․ «Էս մեր գյուղի հոսանքի  խնդիրը երկար տարիների պատմություն ունի։ Ինչքան իշխանություն փոխվեց, էլի մեր խնդիրը մնաց չլուծված։ Պատճառը փտած, դարն ապրած էլեկտրական լարերն են: Մի թեթև քամի է լինում, գյուղում տները հոսանքազրկվում են։ Էլ չենք ասում, որ բազմաթիվ էլեկտրական տեխնիկաներ են փչացել ու դրա հիմնական մեղավորը «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» ընկերությունն է։

Մեռանք դրանց դուռը գնալով։ Ոչ մի օգուտ։ Միայն թողես ամպագոռգոռ հայտարարություններ անեն։ Հետաքրքիր է, էս որ դարն է, որ առավոտյան ժամը 9-ից միչև երեկոյան 9-ը 40-ից ավելի տներ անլույս մնան։ Մի հատ թեթև քամի է լինում, հայտնվում ենք 90-ական թվականների գրկում։ Կանոնավոր վճարումները կատարում ենք, բայց փոխարենը ստանում ենք 0 որակի էլեկտրամատակարարում։ Մարդիկ պատրաստվում եմ Ամանորին, իսկ մենք ընկել խանութներում մոմ ենք փնտրում, որ գոնե մոմի լույսի տակ օրը լուսացնենք։ Արագածոտնի մարզպետարան դիմել ենք մի քանի անգամ, բայց ոչ մի դրական պատասխան։

Հիմա չգիտենք՝ էլ որ կառույցին դիմենք։ Պետք է կապիտալ էդ փտած լարերը փոխվեն, փտած էլեկտրասյուները փոխվեն, նույնիսկ էդ լարերի պատճառով գյուղում ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել։ Մարդը լարի տակով անցնելուց հոսանքահարվել ու մահացել էր ու մտածեցինք, որ էդ դեպքից հետո «Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր»-ը մի բան կանի, բայց ոչինչ էլ չարեց։ Երևի սպասում են հերթական ողբերգական դեպքին, որ գան, արձանագրեն դեպքը ու խոստանան, որ այն կլուծեն ու այդքանով համարեն իրենց գործը ավարտած։ Պատկերացնում եք 21-րդ դարում հոսանքի անջատվելուց հետո արհեստավորները եկել են, ասում են, թե մենք «վիշկա» չունենք, տենանք որտեղից ենք «վիշկա» ճարում, որ գործը գլուխ բերենք, բա որ էդքան վճարումներ ենք կատարում, միթե հնարավոր չէ էդ գումարներով մի հատ չէ, 10 հատ «վիշկա» ուզեք, կառնեք, պարզապես դա ձեզ ձեռք չի տալի»։

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով խնդրի մասին արդեն տեղյակ է Աշտարակ խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավար Թովմաս Շահվերդյանը, ով արդեն համապատասխան կառույցների հետ բանակցությունների մեջ է, որպեսզի ժամ առաջ գյուղացիների էլեկտրամատակարարումը վերականգվի, իսկ 2025 թվականի առաջին եռամսյակում խոստացել է իր ուժերի սահմաններում խնդիրը կարգավորել՝ այն է տեղադրվեն նոր էլեկտրասյուներ, փոխվեն էլկետրալարերը, որպեսզի խնդիր այլևս չառաջանա, իսկ առավոտյան ինքը հետամուտ է լինելու, որպեսզի աշխատանքները էլեկտրոցանցի Բյուրական մասնաճյուղի կողմից սկսվեն։
