Փարաքարին Գյումրիի օրինակն է սպասվում

Գյումրիում անցկացված «փրայմըրիզն» այնքան է ոգևորել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, որ որոշել է այդպիսի մի միջոցառում էլ Արմավիրի մարզի Փարաքար համայնքում անցկացնել։ Ըստ Փաշինյանի, փրայմըրիզը կայանալու է 2025 թ. հունվարի 11-13-ը։ Հունվարի 3-ին «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» վարչությունը կքննարկի ու կգրանցի թեկնածուներին։ Ինչպես և Գյումրիում, փրայմըրիզի արդյունքով ամենաշատ ձայները հավաքած թեկնածուն կնշանակվի խոշորացված համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտանակատար, ապա և կգլխավորի ՔՊ-ի ցուցակն արտահերթ ընտրություններում, որ տեղի կունենան մարտի վերջին։
Փարաքարում էլ «Քաղպայմանագիրը» 2021 թ. դեկտեմբերին պարտություն էր կրել, բայց «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունից խլել էին հաղթանակը, իսկ ՔՊ և «Դավիթ Մինասյան» դաշինքը կոալիցիա էին կազմել՝ կառավարելով Փարաքարը։ 2,5 տարի անց համայնքապետ դարձավ ՔՊ ներկայացուցիչը, բայց շաբաթներ առաջ ստիպված եղավ հրաժարվել պաշտոնից՝ մի սպանության դեպքին մասնակից լինելու պատճառով։
«Քաղպայմանագրում» Փարաքարն ԱՍՀ նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանի «կալվածքն» են համարում, նախորդ ընտրություններին նա է որոշել ընտրական ցուցակն էլ, համայնքապետի թեկնածուին էլ։ Այժմ, երբ Մկրտչյանի դիրքերը թուլացել են, անգամ խոսում են նրան պաշտոնանկ անելու մասին, փրայմըրիզի գաղափարը հենց նրա դեմ քայլ են համարում։ Իսկ Փաշինյանը որոշել է այդ նախնական ընտրությունների գաղափարն օգտագործել ամենուր, այդպես նաև հեշտ է վերահսկել տեղական քպականներին։
