Բաղրամյանը փակել էին. Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը ՔՊ-ին է մեղադրել դավադրության մեջ

Անհետ կորած զինծառայողների հարազատները երեկ փակել են Բաղրամյան պողոտան` պահանջելով հանդիպում Արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքներն ուսումնասիրող քննիչ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի հետ։ Ցուցարարները պահանջել են, որ Քոչարյանը ներկայացնի, թե քննիչ հանձնաժողովն ինչ աշխատանքներ է կատարել ու ինչ եզրակացություններ ունի։ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը համաձայնել է հանդիպել նրանցից 4-ի հետ, սակայն անհետ կորածների հարազատները մերժել են` ասելով, որ կբարձրանան վերև, եթե նա ընդունի բոլորին։
Ի վերջո, նրանք հանդիպել են ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի հետ, պայմանավորվել են այսօր հանդիպել Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանին։ Վերջինս երեկ հայտարարել է, թե անհետ կորածների հարզատները թող համբերատար սպասեն, ոչ թե շանտաժի լեզվով փորձեն ծանոթանալ քննիչ հանձնաժողովի եզրակացությանը։ «Չհանդիպեցի, որովհետև անակնկալ էր զոհվածների, անհետ կորածների հարազատների Ազգային ժողով այսօրվա այցելությունը, որովհետև որևէ պրոբլեմ երբևիցե չի եղել կոնկրետ այս խմբի հետ որևէ հանդիպում ունենալ կամ չունենալու, որովհետև և՛ անցյալ տարի, և՛ նախանցյալ տարի, և՛ այս տարի եղել են բազմաթիվ հանդիպումներ, քննարկումներ: Էլ չեմ ասում, որ պետությունը ստեղծել է բազմաթիվ կառույցներ նմանատիպ խնդիրների հետ առնչվող հարցերի քննարկման համար», - մի լրատվամիջոցի էլ ասել է Քոչարյանը:
Ավելի ուշ նա արդեն կուսակիցների շրջապատում ասել է, թե բողոքի գործողությունն իր դեմ է եղել, որոշ շրջանակներ փորձում են իրեն պարտադրել արագացնել 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքների ուսումնասիրման հանձնաժողովի զեկույցի հրապարակումը։ Զեկույցը պետք է հրապարակվեր դեռ անցած տարի, բայց Քոչարյանը միտումնավոր ձգձգել է։ Այժմ էլ, թեպետ այն պատրաստ է, բայց կրկին ձգվում է։
«Քաղպայմանագրում» Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի դեմ բացահայտ դժգոհություն կա, նրան ՔՊ նիստերում մեղադրել են կուսակցության և կուսակիցների դեմ գործելու, դավեր նյութելու մեջ։ Քոչարյանը շարունակում է պահպանել հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնը բացառապես զեկույցի շնորհիվ։ Այն հրապարակելուց հետո, հասկանում է, որ իրեն դուրս են շպրտելու Պաշտպանության հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնից։ Ու երեկ սպառնացել է, որ որևէ գնով շուտ չի հրապարակելու զեկույցը, նույնիսկ, եթե իր շենքի մուտքը փակեն։
