«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

kommersant.ru-ն «Յուրաքանչյուրն իր պահարանում ունի պահված կմախք» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ ԱՊՀ ավանդական ամանորյա ոչ պաշտոնական գագաթաժողովն այս անգամ կայացել է Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի մոտ գտնվող Իգորա առողջարանային համալիրում։ Բառացիորեն մինչև հանդիպման մեկնարկը, կարելի է ասել, հանկարծ հայտնի է դարձել, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը COVID-19 թեստ է հանձնել և ստացել դրական արդյունք։ Արդյունքում Հայաստանի վարչապետը բաց է թողել այդ ոչ պաշտոնական գագաթաժողովը, ինչպես նաև Եվրասիական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստը։
 
Պատճառը հիմնավոր է, այստեղ ոչինչ ասել չի կարելի։ Սակայն պետք է խոստովանել, որ 2024 թվականին Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի հարաբերությունները հեշտ չեն եղել։ Հետևաբար, հիմքեր կան ենթադրելու, որ կորոնավիրուսը բառացիորեն է օգնել այդ հանրապետության ղեկավարին։ Հակառակ դեպքում գուցե այնքան էլ հարմար չստացվեր. մի կողմից՝ քննադատություն, որը երբեմն վերածվել է կոշտ մեղադրանքների, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ նվերներ, կենացներ, շփում ընկերների, ընդ որում՝ ոչ միայն ՌԴ նախագահի, այլ նաև Ադրբեջանի ղեկավար Իլհամ Ալիևի հետ: Ի դեպ, վերջինս ևս ստիպված է եղել ընդհատել իր մասնակցությունը միջոցառմանը և շտապ վերադառնալ տուն՝ Ակտաուում «Ադրբեջանական ավիաուղիներ» ավիաընկերության ինքնաթիռի վթարի պատճառով։
 
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի վերաբերյալ իմաստ ունի հիշել, որ սեպտեմբերին ելույթ ունենալով Համաշխարհային հայկական գագաթաժողովում՝ նա հայտարարել էր, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ը (այսինքն՝ Ռուսաստանը) քիչ բան է արել հանրապետության պաշտպանության համար և, ավելին, ուղղակի վտանգ է ներկայացնում երկրի ինքնիշխանության և գոյության համար: Այդ առումով էլ պետականությունը պահպանելու միակ հնարավորությունը արևմտյան աշխարհի հետ ռազմավարական գործընկերություն հաստատելն է և անգամ, ի վերջո, Եվրամիությանն անդամակցելը։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, այդ քաղաքական գործիչը մտադիր չէ ամբողջությամբ խզել հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ, քանի որ դեռևս լավ եղբայրական զգացմունքներ է տածում։ Մի քիչ երկիմաստ դիրքորոշում է: Բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, ժամանակն է հարց հնչեցնել ԱՊՀ-ի ապագայի մասին։ Արդյո՞ք ամեն ինչ է այնտեղ անամպ: Ոչ ոք, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, չի ցանկանում բացահայտ վիճել։ Բայց ասենք, որ շատերն ունեն կուտակված հարցեր, մասնավորապես Տաջիկստանի նախագահ Էմոմալի Ռահմոնը։ Ռուսաստանը վերջին մեկ տարում չափազանց ակտիվ է եղել անօրինական միգրացիայի դեմ պայքարում։ Ամեն մեկն էլ իր պահարանում ունի կմախք, ի՞նչ թաքցնել այնտեղ։ Բայց դրա համար էլ գոյություն ունի ոչ պաշտոնական գագաթաժողով, որի նպատակն է լուծել այդ բոլոր հարցերը՝ առանց վեճը տանից դուրս բերելու, միմյանց միջև, նեղ շրջանակում: Դա այն դեպքում, եթե, իհարկե, COVID-19ը չի խանգարում և չի մտցնում իր սեփական ճշգրտումները։
