Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 27-ին, ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում: Ժամը 10:55-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության 9-11 ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոն ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Գառնի գյուղի Ազատամարտիկների փողոցում տուն է այրվում:  

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, մինչ դեպքի վայր կժամանեին Աբովյանի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից 2 մարտական հաշվարկ, նշված փողոցի թիվ 3/3 հասցեի հարակից տանը առաջացած կրակի դեմ պայքարել է Գառնի համայնքի կամավորական հրշեջ-փրկարարական խումբը, ապա ժամանած հրշեջ-փրկարարները մարել են այն:  

Տունն ամբողջությամբ այրվել է գույքով:  

Տեղում հրշեջների աշխատանքը ղեկավարել է մարզային փրկարարական վարչության պետ Գ. Սեդրակյանը և Աբովյանի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատի հրամանատար Աբգարյանը:  

Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի 1-ին դասակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Լևոն Բադալյանի, գումարտակի հրամանատարի տեղակալ Վահագն Կարապետյանի, գումարտակի ծառայության տեսուչ Կառլեն Բաղյանի և դասակի հրամանատար, օրվա պատասխանատու Արմեն Ավետիսյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Ահազանգով ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Գառնիի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Հրաչյա Աթաբեկյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել նաև ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Կոտայքի վարչության պետ Արթուր Զաքարյանն ու մարզի դատախազ Սուքիասյանը:

Հրշեջները, մարելով կրակը, տանը հայտնաբերել են նշված տան սեփականատեր 44-ամյա Արմեն Ա.-ի մարմինը:

Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Գառնիի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Աբովյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Հովհաննես Չալաբյանի, Աբովյանի քննչական բաժնի պետի տեղակալ Հարությունյանի գլխավորությամբ:

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Գառնիի բաժնում փաստաթղթեր են ձևակերպվել, որոնք փոխանցվել են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Ավբովյանի քննչական բաժին, որտեղ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:  

Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ հրդեհը բռնկվել է գազաբալոնից հեղուկ գազի արտահոսքի հետևանքով:  

Պարզվել է նաև, որ հրդեհը բնկվել է Արմեն Ա.-ին պատկանող Ազատամարտիկների 1 հասցեում գտնվող տաղավարների հարակից խոհանոցում: Ընդհանուր այրվել է մոտ 18 քմ տարածք:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով։
