Մայր Աթոռը հրաժարվել է ցուցադրել Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսի ամանորյա ուղերձը Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությամբ։ Մայր Աթոռի տեղեկատվական համակարգը հաղորդագրություն է տարածել, նշել, թե ուղերձը նախատեսվում է հեռարձակել դեկտեմբերի 31-ին ժամը 21:55-ին: Հանրայինի դեկտեմբերի 31-ի ծրագրում կաթողիկոսի ելույթն այս տարի պետք է հաջորդի նախագահի, ԱԺ նախագահի ելույթներին, ապա եթերում կլինի լուրերի հավելվածը։
2025-ի նախօրերին 20 րոպե առանձնացված է վարչապետի ուղերձի համար։
Այս տարի էլ առարկություն ունենալով ժամի ընտրության հետ՝ տեղեկացրել են, որ ընդհանրապես նպատակահարմար չեն համարում Գարեգին երկրորդի ուղերձի հեռարձակումը Հանրայինով։ «Հեռուստաընկերությունը շարունակում է շրջանցել Ամենայն Հայոց Կաթողիկոսների ամանորյա ուղերձի հեռարձակման՝ տասնամյակների ավանդույթը՝ անտեսելով Մայր Աթոռի դիրքորոշումն ու Հայոց Եկեղեցու հայրենաբնակ և աշխարհասփյուռ հավատացյալների պահանջներն ու սպասումները», - ասվում է հայտարարության մեջ:
Ավանդաբար կաթողիկոսի ուղերձը լինում էր կեսգիշերից առաջ, նախորդում երկրի ղեկավարի ուղերձին։ Անցած տարի Գարեգին Բ-ի ուղերձն ընդհանրապես չհեռարձակվեց՝ Հանրայինն այլ ժամ էր առաջարկել, Մայր Աթոռը մերժել էր։ Թե որն է պատճառը, հեռուստաընկերությունը համառորեն չի հայտնում, փաստը հստակ է, որ որոշումը կայացվել է ոչ թե Նորքի բարձունքում կամ ՀՌԽ-ում, այլ կառավարության շենքում, անձամբ մեկ հոգու կողմից։
Երկրորդ տարին նույն վարքը կրկնելը վկայում է, որ Փաշինյանը մտահոգություն ունի կաթողիկոսի ուղերձի շեշտադրումներից։ Ի տարբերություն գործող վարչախմբի, որի ղեկավարը վախենում է բառ անգամ ասել արցախահայության իրավունքների մասին, Գարեգին Բ-ն իր ուղերձներում թե՛ «Արցախ» բառն է շեշտում, թե՛ նշում արցախահայության իրավունքների մասին։ Թերևս, հենց դա էլ գլխավոր պատճառն է, թե ինչու են արգելում կաթողիկոսի ուղերձի հեռարձակումը։
