Մազերը ճիշտ լվանալը անչափ կարեւոր է, մեծամասամբ հենց դրանից է կախված, թե ինչ որակի մազեր կունենաք, դրանք կփայլեն, ամուր կլինեն եւ այլն, թե ոչ: Օգտակար խորհուրդներ, թե ինչպես է պետք ճիշտ լվանալ մազերը:
Մի թողեք մազերը շատ կեղտոտվեն
Չի կարելի թողնել, որպեսզի մազերը կեղտոտվեն, պետք է լվանալ, երբ արդեն զգում եք, որ մաշկը սկսում է կեղտոտվել, հակառակ դեպքում բակտերիաները ծածկում են մաշկն ու չեն թողնում, որպեսզի մազերը սնուցվեն, ինչն էլ բերում է մազերի թուլացման, վատ որակի:
Մի վախեցեք շամպունից
Մազերը լվանալը կախված է մազերի տեսակից, եթե յուղոտ մաշկ եւ մազեր ունեք, անհրաժեշտ է 3 օրը մեկ լվանալ` չվախենալով շամպուն օգտագործելուց:
Շամպունը ճիշտ քսեք
Շամպունի քանակը կախված է մազերի երկարությունից: Խորհուրդ չի տրվում այն միանգամից գլխին լցնել, քանի որ նախ այդպես չեք տեսնի, թե որքան շամպուն լցրեցիք, երկրորդ` կոնկրետ այն հատվածը, որտեղ լցնում եք շամպունը, դժվար է լինում լվանալը: Դրա համար նախ լցրեք ափերի մեջ, հետո քսեք մազերին` երկարությամբ:
Ճիշտ հերթականություն
Նախքան մազերը լվանալ սկսելը պետք է դրանք սանրել: Լվանալիս պետք է լվանալ ականջների մոտից` մերսելով, հետո անցնել ծոծորակին: Սակայն չի կարելի մերսելիս եղունգներով անել դա, մաշկը կվնասեք, մատների բարձիկներով գլուխը մերսեք:
Շամպունի քանակը
Կախված է նրանից, թե որքան հաճախ եք լվանում մազերը: Եթե ամեն օր եք լվանում, մեկ անգամ շամպուն քսեք, եթե շաբաթը երկու անգամ, ապա երկու անգամ, սակայն երկրորդ անգամը քիչ լցրեք:
Ջրի ջերմաստիճան
Շատերը կոպիտ սխալ են թույլ տալիս` մազերը չափազանց տաք ջրով լվանալով: Այդպես դուք նպաստում եք նրան, որ մազերը սկսեն թափվել: Ջրի ջերմաստիճանը պետք է 40-50 աստիճան լինի:
Լվանալուց հետո
Մազերը լվանալուց հետո մի հատ էլ սառը ջրի տակ պահեք, դա մազերն ավելի փայլուն կդարձնի: Մի մոռացեք բալզամի մասին Բալզամը քսում են մազերը լավ լվանալուց հետո: Այն փափկացնում է մազերը: Բալզամը պետք է քսել մազերին` երկարությամբ, սակայն ոչ մաշկին: Թողեք 5-7 րոպե, հետո լվացեք:
