Ունենք ավելի կարևոր բանավեճ՝ վտանգված ապագայի մասին. Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը տելեգրամյան իր ալիքում գրում է.

Համոզված լինելով, որ գործող վարչապետի և նախկին նախագահների հեռակա «բանավեճը» չպետք է սահմանափակվի նրանց՝ չորսի շրջանակներում, ձևակերպում եմ հիմնական կետերը, որոնք հետաքրքրում են հարյուր-հազարավոր մարդկանց.
 
1.     Այս բանավեճը կունենար իմաստ և արժեք, եթե սկսվեր 2018-ին կամ առնվազն՝ մինչև Արցախը կորցնելը։ Ինչո՞ւ Փաշինյանը դա չարեց։

2.     Արդյոք Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նախկին նախագահների հետ քննարկել կամ գոնե բանավիճե՞լ է.

a.     Երբ ընտրվելուց հաջորդ օրն իսկ Արցախում հայտարարեց, թե ինքը չի կարող Արցախի անունից բանակցել,

b.     Երբ հայտարարեց, թե բանակցությունները սկսում է իր զրոյական կետից՝ մերժելով տասնամյակների բանակցային պրոցեսը,

c.     Երբ անում էր անհավասարակշիռ պրովոկացիոն հայտարարություններ (Արցախը Հայաստան է և վերջ), Շուշիում ցուցադրական քեֆեր էր կազմակերպում

d.     Երբ չկարողացավ (կամ չուզեց) հնարավոր դիվանագիտական գործիքներով թույլ չտալ պատերազմ

e.     Երբ հրաժարվեց պատերազմը շուտ դադարեցնելու առաջարկներից ու տվեց ահռելի կորուստներ ու մարդկային զոհեր, որոնցից կարելի էր խուսափել։

f.      Երբ Պրահայում ընդունեց, որ Արցախն Ադրբեջանի մաս է

g.     Երբ 9 ամիս Արցախի շրջափակման ժամանակ չկարողացավ (կամ չուզեց) գտնել լուծումներ, որոնք կային։
 
Այս բոլոր հարցերն ունեն մեկ պատասխան՝ ո´չ։ Այս փուլերից ոչ մեկում նա չի խորհրդակցել, չի «բանավիճել»։ Կայացրել է ՄԻԱԿԱՄ որոշումներ։ Գուցե այդ որոշումների վրա ազդել են իրեն հայտնի մի նեղ խմբի անդամները, որոնք մինչև հիմա իր հետ նույն իշխանության մեջ են։ Այդ ՄԻԱԿԱՄ որոշումները հանգեցրել են պատմական աղետի։ Եթե անհրաժեշտ պահերին չես արել, հիմա ի՞նչ բանավեճ, ինչի՞ մասին։

Ու վերջին ամենակարևոր հարցը. ինչո՞ւ Նիկոլն արհեստականորեն սկսեց բանավեճի թեման։ Հաշվի առնելով մեր նախորդ դառը փորձը՝ կարող ենք ենթադրել, որ նա առաջիկայում պատրաստվում է Հայաստանը տանել նոր խոշոր փորձության։ Դա կարող են լինել կամ նոր խոշոր զիջումներ Ալիևին, կամ՝ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների նոր սրացման փուլ, որը բերելու է անվտանգային ու տնտեսական լուրջ խնդիրների։ Մենք չգիտենք նրա հերթական ՄԻԱԿԱՄ ծրագրերը։ Մի բան պարզ է, որ իր կառավարման այս փուլում նա Հայաստանը պատրաստվում է վերածվել քաոտիկ մի միջավայրի, որտեղ բոլոր հիվանդ մտքերն ու կեղծ բանավեճերը կարող են հնարավոր դառնալ՝ շեղելով կարևոր ու իրական օրակարգերից։ Հանուն այդ քաոսի նա կարող է հերթով զոհաբերել անգամ իր քաղաքական թիմի շատ անդամների՝ մեդիա ժխորը սպասարկելու համար։

Եվ հենց այս պատճառով մենք ունենք ավելի կարևոր անելիք, քան ներկա-նախկին «բանավեճը»։ Մեր գործողությունները, մեր անելիքը պետք է լինեն մեր իրական ապագայի համար։
