Ինչ անել, եթե բերանից տհաճ հոտ է գալիս: Այդ դեպքում կարող եք օգտվել հետևյալ բնական ու արդյունավետ միջոցներից, որոնք կօգնեն շատ արագ թարմացնել բերանի խոռոչը:

1. Բերանի տհաճ հոտի դեմ պայքարող տնական ամենահասանելի միջոցներից է հում խնձորը: Աշխատեք որքան հնարավոր է հաճախակի ուտել խնձոր:

2. Լավ թարմացնում է, եթե բերանը ողողեք թարմ սամիթից պատրաստված թուրմով:

3. Սխտորի կամ սոխի հոտն անմիջապես կչեզոքանա, եթե այդ հոտավետ բանջարեղեններն ուտել մաղադանոսի կամ նեխուրի արմատների հետ միասին:

4. Բերանի տհաճ հոտը վերացնում է թարմ եփած կանաչ թեյը, որը օգտակար է և գինու և սխտորի և սոխի դեպքում:

5. Բերանի խոռոչի լորձաթաղանթի հիվանդությունների դեպքում, բավականին արդյունավետ են գործում դեղաբույսերից պատրաստված թուրմերը, այդ թվում երիցուկի,եղեսպակի, վայրի ելակի տերևների, վաղենակի, սրոհունդի, ու անանուխի: Ցանկացած դեղաբույսից թուրմ պատրաստելու համար Ձեզ անհրաժեշտ է 1 ճաշի գդալ հումքը խառնել 1 բաժակ եռացրած ջրի հետ: Կես բաժակ տաք թուրմը բավական է բերանի խոռոչի մեկ անգամյա ողողման համար:

6. Բավականին արդյունավետ թուրմ է արտեմիսի դառը թուրմը, որի պատրաստման համար հարկավոր է 1 թեյի գդալ մանր կտրատված հումքի վրա լցնել 400 մլ եռացրած ջուր, թողնել թրմվի 15-ից 20 րոպե ու քամել: Ստացված թուրմով կարող եք օրը մի քանի անգամ ողողել բերանի խոռոչն ու կոկորդը: Նույն նպատակով կարող եք օգտագործել նաև կաղնու կեղևից պատրաստված թուրմը:

7. Եթե տհաճ հոտը կապված է մարսողության հետ, ապա շատ օգտակար է ակտիվացված ածուխի օգտագործումը  օրը 3 անգամ,  ուտելուց հետո՝ 1 դեղահատից:
