«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

vestikavkaza.ru-ն «ԵԱՏՄ գագաթաժողովում Պուտինը չի ընդունի Փաշինյանին» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առանձին հանդիպում չի լինելու դեկտեմբերի 26-ին տեղի ունենալիք Եվրասիական տնտեսական բարձրագույն խորհրդի նիստի ժամանակ, հայտարարել է Կրեմլի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովը։ Միաժամանակ, ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղարն ընդգծել է, որ պետությունների ղեկավարները, անհրաժեշտության դեպքում, հնարավորություն կունենան զրուցել հանդիպման «դաշտերում»։ Հիշեցնենք, որ ԵԱՏՄ գագաթաժողովը պետք է տեղի ունենար Հայաստանում, սակայն Փաշինյանն ասել է, որ «կազմակերպության ոչ բոլոր անդամներն են ողջունելի երկրում»։
 
Տնտեսական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր, Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի պետական համալսարանի «Դիվանագիտություն» մագիստրոսական ծրագրի տնօրեն, «Վալդայ» միջազգային քննարկումների ակումբի անդամ Ստանիսլավ Տկաչենկոն ամփոփել է անցնող տարվա արդյունքները ռուս-հայկական հարաբերությունների զարգացման գործում։ «Այս տարի հարաբերությունները բացասաբար են զարգացել: Հայաստանը փորձել է երկու մասի բաժանել Ռուսաստանի հետ շփումները: Մի դեպքում համագործակցում է, դա տնտեսական օրակարգն է և ԵԱՏՄ-ն, իսկ մյուս դեպքում կրճատում է հարաբերությունները, դրանք քաղաքական և ռազմական հարցերն են: Եվ այդ առումով էլ հարաբերությունները տարվա ընթացքում նկատելիորեն վատացել են»,- ասել է նա։
 
«Կարծում եմ, որ Կրեմլը, հրաժարվելով առանձին հանդիպումից, ազդանշան է ուղարկում Երևանին: Այո, Հայաստանը շարունակում է մնալ ԵԱՏՄ-ի ակտիվ անդամ և դրանից զգալի դիվիդենտներ է ստանում, բայց Ռուսաստանի նախագահի հետ անձնական հանդիպումը արտոնություն է, նույնիսկ պարգև: Եվ հիմա մենք տեսնում ենք, որ Վլադիմիր Վլադիմիրովիչը որոշել է չպատվել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին այդ մրցանակով»,- ընդգծեց Ստանիսլավ Տկաչենկոն։
 
«Վալդայի» անդամը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի հարաբերությունները հեռու են կայուն լինելուց։ «Դեռևս չկա որոշակի կայունացում, Ռուսաստանը ուշի ուշով հետևում է ԱՄՆ-ի, Ֆրանսիայի, Եվրամիության և ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ Հայաստանի մերձեցման գործողություններին: Նրանք պատերազմում են Մոսկվայի հետ, և այդ պատճառով էլ Մոսկվան Երևանի գործողությունները գնահատում է ոչ բարեկամական: Կարելի է խոսել ռուս-հայկական հարաբերությունների նվազման միտումի մասին: Կարծում եմ, որ ճշմարտության պահը կլինեն Հայաստանում հերթական խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները, իսկ մինչ այդ միտումը կլինի բացասական»,- ենթադրել է նա։
 
«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և նրա շրջապատը ակնհայտորեն վարում են անհավասարակշիռ բազմավեկտոր քաղաքականություն: Կան պետություններ, որոնք վարում են հավասարակշռված բազմավեկտոր քաղաքականություն, օրինակ՝ Ադրբեջանն ու Վրաստանը, և կան այնպիսի երկրներ, ինչպիսիք են Մոլդովան կամ Հայաստանը: Հատկանշական է, որ նման երկրները ոչ մի բանով չեն կարող օգնել Ռուսաստանին հրատապ խնդիրների լուծման հարցում: Հայաստանի փակ աշխարհագրական դիրքի պատճառով նրա օգնությունը նույնիսկ տնտեսական ոլորտում աննշան է»,- հավելել է Ստանիսլավ Տկաչենկոն։
 
«Փաստի» կողմից.-Վլադիմիր Պուտինի ընդունելությանը չարժանանալու տեղեկությունից հետո Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը «հիվանդացավ» քովիդով ու չմեկնեց Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ:
