«Գիտեք, մենք արդեն մեկնաբանել ենք դա, բայց հաշվի առնելով, որ համապատասխան հայտարարություններ են արվել, վերադառնանք այս թեմային։ Պարզապես հիշեցնեմ՝ ամերիկացիներն ու ֆրանսիացիները, նկատի ունեմ նրանց պաշտոնական պատվիրակներին կամ նրանց պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչներին, հատուկ ներկայացուցիչներին, Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներին, 2022 թվականի փետրվարին դադարեցրել են շփվել իրենց ռուս գործընկերների, ռուսաստանցի համանախագահների հետ»,-այս մասին հերթական հարցազրույցի ընթացքում ասել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան։

Նա  խոսքով՝  Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավորումը կորցրել է իր արդիականությունը։

«Այն սկսվեց պարզապես Արևմուտքի կողմից այս ձևաչափի աշխատանքի արգելափակումից։ Եվ հետո եղան փոփոխություններ, որոնք տեղի ունեցան իրական կյանքում: Հետևաբար, Մինսկի կոնֆերանսի բոլոր կառույցները, այսինքն՝ Մինսկի կոնֆերանսը՝ Մինսկի խումբը, բարձր մակարդակի պլանավորման խումբը, ԵԱՀԿ ներկայիս նախագահության ներկայացուցչի պաշտոնը ԼՂ կարգավորման հարցում, ենթակա են լուծարման։ Եվ կարծում ենք, որ այդ կապակցությամբ համապատասխան որոշում ընդունելու օպտիմալ տարբերակը Բաքվի և Երևանի համատեղ առաջարկն է՝ լուծարել այդ կառույցները»,- հավելել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչը։

Զախարովան նաև ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանը պատրաստ է աջակցել հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը:  

«Հայ ժողովուրդը եղբայրական ժողովուրդ է: Ես անկեղծ սրտով մաղթում եմ նրանց խաղաղություն, բարգավաճում»,- նշել է նա:
