Իրանում էներգետիկ ճգնաժամ է, ահա թե ինչու Երևանի համար այսօր այդքան կարևոր է որպես աշխարհատնտեսական առաջնահերթություն սահմանել Իրան-Հայաստան նոր էլեկտրահաղորդման գծի կառուցումը` հասցնելով էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարումներ 400-ից 1200 ՄՎտ-ի: Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր, էներգետիկ անվտանգության փորձագետ Վահե Դավթյանը:
«Իրանում էներգետիկ ճգնաժամ է սկսվել
Իրավիճակը հանգեցնում է էլեկտրաէներգիայի պիկային պահանջարկի շրջանում մոտ 15 հազ. ՄՎտ պակասորդի։ Էլեկտրաէներգիայի հաճախակի անջատումները լուրջ խնդիրներ են ստեղծում արդյունաբերության և քաղաքացիների համար։
Որոշ մարզերում բազմաթիվ գործարաններ և պետական կառույցներ դադարեցրել են աշխատանքը, իսկ դպրոցներն անցել են հեռավար ուսուցման:
Նավթով հարուստ Իրանի էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքներում ներդրումների բացակայությունը հանգեցնում է էներգամատակարարման կասեցումների, իսկ արդյունաբերական և բնակելի տարածքներում էլեկտրաէներգիայի անջատումները ստեղծում են տնտեսական և սոցիալական խնդիրներ:
Հաշվարկների համաձայն՝ Իրանում էլեկտրաէներգիայի անջատումները հանգեցնում են արդյունաբերական արտադրության տարեկան կորուստների՝ 5-8 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլարի սահմաններում:
Ստեղծված իրավիճակում Իրանը տեսանելի ապագայում նոր հնարավորություններ է փնտրելու էլեկտրաէներգիայի ներկրման համար, հատկապես իր հյուսիսային նահանգների համար, որոնք ավանդաբար առանձնանում են էլեկտրաէներգիայի պակասորդով։
Ահա թե ինչու Երևանի համար այսօր այդքան կարևոր է որպես աշխարհատնտեսական առաջնահերթություն սահմանել Իրան-Հայաստան նոր էլեկտրահաղորդման գծի կառուցումը` հասցնելով էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարումներ 400-ից 1200 ՄՎտ-ի:
Այսօր, երբ Ադրբեջանը գտնվում է էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտահանման կտրուկ կրճատման պայմաններում (այս տարվա հունվար-նոյեմբերին 55%-ով), Հայաստանի համար լավ հեռանկարներ են նշմարվում՝ տարածաշրջանում սեփական էներգետիկ դերակատարությունը ամրապնդելու տեսանկյունից:
