ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը Մոսկվայում մասնակցել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության միջև տնտեսական համագործակցության միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի 23-րդ նիստին, որն անցկացվել է ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի և ՌԴ կառավարության նախագահի տեղակալ Ալեքսեյ Օվերչուկի համանախագահությամբ: հայտնում են ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ  նախարարությունից:

Նիստի ընթացքում միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի համանախագահները հանդես են եկել ելույթներով, այնուհետև ստորագրվել է փոխհամաձայնեցված արձանագրությունը, որտեղ ընդգրկվել են նաև կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի, սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերով համագործակցության կետեր:

ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանը և ՌԴ գիտության և բարձրագույն կրթության նախարարի տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Մոգիլևսկին համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել ՀՀ-ում Ռուս-Հայկական համալսարանի գործունեության պայմանների մասին։ Նոր համաձայնագիրը, որով հստակեցվում են բուհի կառավարման, կրթագիտական ծրագրերի իրականացման հնարավորությունները փոխադարձության և փոխգործակցության հիմունքներով, ՀՀ օրենսդրության համաձայն պետք է անցնի վավերացման ներպետական ընթացակարգերը:

ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Արթուր Մարտիրոսյանն ու Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության լուսավորության նախարարի տեղակալ Անդրեյ Կարնեևը ստորագրել են նաև Երևան քաղաքում «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության «Ուսումնա-սպորտային համալիր» հիմնարկի գործունեության իրականացման պայմանների մասին համաձայնագիրը:

Նիստի ընթացքում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության լուսավորության նախարարի տեղակալ Անդրեյ Կարնեևի հետ քննարկվել են նաև ՌԴ-ում հայկական դասագրքերի տպագրության և դաշնային ցանկում ներառելու հարցերը։
