«Անցած 2015 թվականին ֆիզիկական անձանց անունով Հայաստան եկած տրանսֆերտների ցուցանիշը 2007 թվականից ի վեր ամենացածրն է եղել։ Բանն այն է, որ 2007 թվականին ոչ առևտրայի տրանսֆերտների զուտ ներհոսքը (եկած գնացած գումարների դրական տարբերությունը) կազմել է 1 միլիարդ 58 մլն 310 հազար դոլար։ Իսկ 2015-ին տրանսֆերտների զուտ ներհոսքը կազմել 891 մլն 390 հազար դոլար։ Տեղեկացնենք, որ 2007-ից սկսած տրանսֆերտները շարունակաբար աճել են։ Իհարկե, 2009-ին միջազգային ճգնաժամով պայմանավորված, տրանսֆերտները կրկին նվազել և կազմել են 929 մլն 235 հազար դոլար, բայց հաջորդ տարիներին թիվը կրկին շարունակել է աճել։ Իսկ այսօր, փաստորեն, կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը ներկայումս ավելի վատ վիճակում է հայտնվել, քան 2008-ի վերջից սկսված միջազգային տնտեսական ճգնաժամի ժամանակ։ Ու եթե այդ ժամանակ հույս կար, որ միջազգային տնտեսական ճգնաժամից հետո իրավիճակը կշտկվի, սակայն այսօրվա վիճակը մոտ ապագայում դժվար թե շտկվի։»,–գրում է թերթը։]
