Սյունիքի մարզի Ներքին Հանդ գյուղում շինարարական եռուզեռ չէ, փոխարենը՝ մարզպետի տեսանկարահանած ու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից հրապարակած ընդամենը 4 վայրկյանանոց տեսանյութը՝ սյունեցիների կարծիքով հերթական մանիպուլյացիան էր, թե իբր Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանակից Ներքին Հանդում կյանքը հրաշալի է։
«Մենք որ չենք ասում՝ «ինչ լավ է, որ 50 մետր հեռավորության վրա Ադրբեջանն է», սա ինչ բան է։ Մարդ չի կարողանում գնա իր հարազատի գերեզման ծաղիկ դնի, նոր մեռելներին Կապանում ենք հուղարկավորում, հիմա 3 տանիք են փոխել սարքել են մի մեծ բա՞ն։ Բա ինչի՞ չեն նկարում էդ տների վերևում ադրբեջանցիների պոստերը։ Ամբողջ գյուղը 3 կողմից շրջափակման մեջ է»,- MediaHub-ին պատմում է Ներքին Հանդի բնակիչը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ հրադադարի ռեժիմը գյուղի ուղղությամբ պահպանվում է, մի քանի բնակելի տան տանիք վերանորոգվել է, ջրագծի կառուցման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ տարվում են, սակայն, անվտանգության հարցն այստեղ մտահոգիչ է։ Ռուս սահմանապահների տարածքից հեռանալուց հետո՝ իրենք ամբողջությամբ մեկուսացել են։
«Ես չեմ ասում ռուսները լավն են, բայց դե էլի հույս էր, որ եթե հարձակում լինի, իսկ մենք չենք կասկածում որ կլինի, ապա գոնե նրանք բնակչությանը մի բանով կօգնեին։ Եթե մի թեթև բան եղավ՝ մեզ կուտեն»։
Սյունիքի շուրջ իրադրություններն այնպիսի արագությամբ են զարգանում, որ մարզի բնակիչներն ուզած-չուզած դարձել են «վերլուծաբաններ»։ Ամենքը մի վարկած է առաջ բերում, քննարկում են, հետո կանգ առնում այն մտքի վրա, որ հայկական կողմի դիվանագիտությունը թույլ է, քաղաքականությունը սխալ, սկզբունքը՝ հանձնվողական։
«Ես կարծում եմ «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքը» կբացվի ավելի շուտ, որտեղ Ադրբեջանն ընդամենը գործիք է, միջանցքի շահառուները՝ ՌԴ-ն, Թուրքիան ու Չինաստանը»։
