Մեր մարմնի լեզուն, երբ մենք քնած ենք, մեր ընդունած դիրքերը. այն, թե ինչպես ենք կիսում մեր մահճակալը մեր զուգընկերոջ կամ զուգընկերուհու հետ, շատ բան կարող են վկայել մեր առողջության եւ հարաբերությունների մասին։ Էդինբուրգի միջազգային գիտական փառատոնի ամսագրում հրապարակված հետազոտության տվյալներով՝ զույգերի մտերմությունը, թե ինչքանով են նրանք երջանիկ իրենց հարաբերություններում, արտահայտվում է քնած ժամանակ իրենց միջեւ եղած տարածությամբ, հաղորդում է the Medical Daily-ն։
«Սա առաջին գիտական աշխատանքն է, որն ուսումնասիրել է քնած ժամանակ զույգերի դիրքերը, եւ դրա արդյունքները թույլ են տվել պատկերացում կազմել իրենց փոխհարաբերությունների մասին՝ պարզապես հաշվի առնելով քնած ժամանակ իրենց նախընտրելի դիրքը»,-ասել է Հերթֆորդշիրի համալսարանի հոգեբանության պրոֆեսոր, հետազոտության գլխավոր հեղինակ Ռիչարդ Ուայզմանը։ Ուայզմանի հետազոտությունը հիմնված է «Ցտեսություն անքնություն, ողջույն խորը քուն» գրքի հեղինակ, հոգեբույժ Սամուել Դանկելի աշխատանքների վրա. գիրքը վերլուծում է մարդու մարմնի լեզուն 25 տարվա ընթացքում։
Ուայզմանը մի մեթոդ է գտել, որով նա, չափելով քնած ժամանակ զույգի միջեւ առկա տարածությունը, պարզում է, թե որքանով է տվյալ զույգը երջանիկ։ Ավելի քան 1000 մարդիկ հարցաթերթիկներ են լրացրել, որտեղ նշել են, թե ինչ դիրքով են նրանք նախնտրում քնել, ինչպես նաեւ պատասխանել են ամուսինների միջեւ առկա հարաբերությունների մասին հարցերին։
Համաձայն հարցման արդյունքների զույգերի 42% -ը քնել է մեջք մեջքի, իսկ 31%-ը՝ նույն կողքի վրա, եւ միայն 4%-ն է քնել միմյանց դեմ դիմաց։ Զույգերի 12 %-ը գիշերը անցկացնում է ավելի քիչ քան մեկ մատնաչափ (2,54 սմ) հեռավորությամբ, այնինչ մասնակիցների 2%-ը քնել է ավելի քան 30 մատնաչափ (76.2 սմ) հեռավուրությամբ։ Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ինչքան իրարից հեռու են քնել զույգերը, այդքան վատ են եղել իրենց փոխհարաբերությունները։ Իրար մոտիկ քնողների գրեթե 86%-ը հայտնել է, որ բավականին երջանիկ է զգում իր զուգընկերոջ հետ։
Քնի ժամանակ զուգընկերոջը հպվելը նույնպես վկայում է հարաբերությունների որակի մասին։ Ամենաերջանիկ զույգերը, ովքեր քնել են դեմքով, քնած ժամանակ հպվել են իրար։
