Երբ Ռուսաստանի պոտենցիալը կրճատվեց նախորդ սերնդի քաղաքական գործիչների գործողություններով, նրանք սկսեցին ավարտին հասցնել այն՝ քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհին մասնակից դարձնելու փոխարեն, ասել է ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը լրագրող Պավել Զարուբինին տված հարցազրույցում։
«Հենց որ Ռուսաստանի պոտենցիալը կրճատվեց, այն թուլացավ, նրանք սկսեցին ավարտին հասցնել՝ նրան հավասար գործընկեր և մասնակից դարձնելու այս քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհում, ցավոք, աշխարհն այսպես է աշխատում, համենայն դեպս այսօր»,- ասել է Պուտինը։
Նա հավելել է, որ քաղաքական գործիչների նախորդ սերունդը հույս ուներ, որ Ռուսաստանը կդառնա, այսպես կոչված, քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի մի մասը, սակայն նրանց ուզածը միայն Ռուսաստանի կործանումն էր։
«Մենք անցել ենք նորագույն պատմության մի շրջան, երբ մեր նախորդ սերնդի քաղաքական գործիչները, իմ կարծիքով, հասան նույնիսկ սեփական երկիրը կործանելու այն հույսով, որ Ռուսաստանը կդառնա, այսպես կոչված, քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհի մի մասը Այս քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհին անհրաժեշտ էր, հետևաբար, հենց որ Ռուսաստանի ներուժը թուլացավ, սկսեցին ավարտին հասցնել, այլ ոչ թե նրան հավասարազոր գործընկեր և մասնակից դարձնել այս քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհին գոնե այսօր»,- ասաց նա:
