Московский суд лишил Лайму Вайкуле ее российского бизнеса и полностью передал его бизнесмену Мамедову

Арбитражный суд Москвы исключил латвийскую певицу Лайму Вайкуле из числа участников российской компании «Лаймалюкс Рус». Таким образом, она потеряла свою долю в российском бизнесе, сообщает ТАСС со ссылкой на источник в суде.
«Арбитражный суд города Москвы решил иск Мамедова Ш. удовлетворить полностью. Исключить из числа участников ООО "Лаймалюкс Рус" юридическое лицо Sia LaimaLukss (принадлежит Лайме Вайкуле - прим. ТАСС)», - сказали в суде.
Бизнес Лаймы Вайкуле, основанный в начале 2000-х годов совместно с предпринимателем Ширазом Мамедовым, теперь полностью принадлежит последнему.
Согласно материалам дела, компания Laimalux Rus занималась управлением салонами красоты, продажей косметики, мебели и аксессуаров. В 2022 году Вайкуле передала свою долю в размере 49% Мамедову, а в сентябре этого года партнер подал иск о ее исключении из участников фирмы.
