Աբխազիան Ռուսաստանից էլեկտրաէներգիայի հումանիտար մատակարարումներ է խնդրել

Աբխազիայի ղեկավարի պաշտոնակատար Բադրա Գյունբան ասել է, որ դիմել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ղեկավարությանը էլեկտրաէներգիայի հումանիտար մատակարարման հարցը լուծելու խնդրանքով։ Այս մասին ասվում է Գյունբայի կոչում, որը տարածել է նրա մամուլի ծառայությունը, փոխանցում է ТАСС-ը։
«Որպես Աբխազիայի Հանրապետության նախագահի պաշտոնակատար՝ ես դիմեցի մեր դաշնակից և ռազմավարական գործընկեր Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությանը՝ հումանիտար էլեկտրաէներգիայի մատակարարման հարցը լուծելու խնդրանքով։ Հուսով եմ, որ այս կոչը հնարավորինս շուտ կաջակցվի»,- ասված է Գյունբայի կոչում համաքաղաքացիներին:
Նոյեմբերի 1-ից Աբխազիան էլեկտրաէներգիա է գնում Ռուսաստանից, որպեսզի մասնակիորեն ծածկի առաջացած էներգակիրների պակասը, մինչդեռ ուժի մեջ էին լույսի մատակարարման չորսժամյա սահմանափակումները։ Դեկտեմբերի 11-ից Ինգուր ՀԷԿ-ի ամբարտակի ջրի կրիտիկական ցածր մակարդակի պատճառով ցերեկային ժամերին բնակչությանը լույս է մատակարարվել միայն երեք ժամից պակաս, մինչդեռ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից մատակարարումների շնորհիվ՝ ժամը 21:00-ից մինչև 07:00-ն: Մոսկվայի ժամանակով լույսը մատակարարվում է առանց սահմանափակումների։ Քանի որ ցերեկը գործնականում լույս չկա, բոլոր մանրածախ օբյեկտները, սննդի օբյեկտները, բժշկական հաստատությունները, գեղեցկության սրահները և այլն սկսեցին օգտագործել գեներատորներ:
Ըստ Գյունբայի, Աբխազիան «լուրջ փորձությունների միջով է անցնում վերջին նոյեմբերյան քաղաքական ճգնաժամը կարող է երկիրը դուրս բերել սահմանադրական շրջանակներից»:
«Իրավիճակը հանգեցրել է սարսափելի հետեւանքների, պետական բյուջեն անհիմն ծանրաբեռնված է, իսկ Աբխազիային ռուսական օգնության կարեւորագույն ծրագրերը կասեցվել են։ Աշխատավարձերի և սոցվճարների ուշացման խնդիր է առաջացել. «Միանգամայն տեղին եմ համարում ասել, որ դաշնակցի հետ հարաբերությունները նման վիճակի հասցնելն անընդունելի է, էներգետիկ համակարգի փլուզումը դժվարացրել է հանրապետության քաղաքացիների կյանքը, խաթարել է կենսապահովման օբյեկտների բնականոն գործունեությունը և տնտեսությունն ամբողջությամբ»,- ասվում է ուղերձում։ Օ. Ըստ Գյունբայի՝ լույսերը օրական 9-11 ժամով անջատելը «դատավճիռ է առողջապահական և կրթական համակարգի վերաբերյալ, որը սպառնում է երեխաների, տարեցների և սոցիալապես անապահով խավերի կյանքին և առողջությանը»: «Աբխազիան կարող է հումանիտար աղետի առաջ կանգնել. Մենք հայտնվեցինք լիակատար մթության մեջ՝ բառիս բուն ու փոխաբերական իմաստով»,- ասաց նա։
