«5 հարց՝ Արմեն Աշոտյանին» հեռակա զրույցի շրջանակներում ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ, քաղբանտարկյալ Արմեն Աշոտյանը դարձյալ պատասխանել է քաղաքացիների հարցերին:

Հարցին, թե «Փաշինյանը կոնստրուկտիվ է վերաբերվում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խումբը լուծարելու՝ Բաքվի վերջնագրին», Արմեն Աշոտյանը տնային կալանքի կրման վայրից պատասխանել է.

«Արցախի հարցի վերջնական կարգավորման միջազգային մանդատ ունեցող միակ լեգիտիմ ձևաչափի գոյությունն Արցախի հարցի համաշխարհային օրակարգում պահելու բացառիկ հնարավորությունն է։ Եվ այն լուծարելու Ալիևի հետևողական պահանջը ոչ թե կապրիզ է, այլ իմ մատնանշած արժեքի հստակ գիտակցում։

Նիկոլի պրիմիտիվ լեզվով ասած՝ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ-ն Արցախի հարցի կադաստրի գլոբալ վկայականն է։ Փաշինյանը չունի և ոչ մի իրավունք Հայաստանի կամ, առավել ևս՝ Արցախի ժողովրդի անունից այն լուծարելու համաձայնությունը սակարկել իր իսկ պատճառով առաջացած ինչ-որ խնդիրներ սքողելու կամ Բաքվից դատարկ խոստումներ ստանալու դիմաց։

Արցախի Հանրապետության պատկան մարմինները՝ նախագահը, ԱԺ-ն, ԱԳՆ-ն, ուղղակի պարտավոր են հստակ և բարձրաձայն դիրքավորվել այս հարցով։ Հատկանշական է, որ ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ և ոչ մի համանախագահ երկիր, անկախ սուր տարաձայնություններից, հրապարակավ և ուղղակիորեն չի սատարել այդ առաջարկը՝ սլաքներն ուղղելով Հայաստանի վրա։

Իսկ Նիկոլն այս հարցում ունի նաև անձնական շահագրգռվածություն։ Մինսկի խմբի լուծարումը պատմության գիրկը կուղարկի կարգավորմանը վերաբերող ողջ փաստաթղթային փաթեթը, այդ թվում՝ «Սերժի ժառանգություն» համարվող Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի ճանաչման և իրացման երաշխավորված մեխանիզմները, որոնցից 2018թ.-ին հրաժարվելով, Նիկոլն Արցախն Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու ստարտը տվեց»։
