Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի որդին հայտարարել է ադրբեջանական բանտում հոր «լիակատար մեկուսացման» մասին

Չճանաչված Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության (ԼՂՀ) նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը, որն ավելի քան մեկ տարի պահվում է ադրբեջանական բանտում, մեկուսացված է իր ընտանիքի վարձած փաստաբաններից։ Դրա մասին RTVI հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Վարդանյանի որդին՝ Դավիթը:  

«Իրավիճակի առանցքային խնդիրն ու անհեթեթությունն այն է, որ հոր շահերի միակ ներկայացուցիչները, որոնք հասանելի են նրան, ադրբեջանցի տեղացի իրավաբաններն են։ Մեր միջազգային իրավաբանները երբեք չեն կարողացել ոչ միայն տեսնել հորս, այլ նույնիսկ կապ հաստատել նրա հետ։ Այսինքն՝ սա տեղեկատվական ամբողջական վակուում է և լիակատար մեկուսացում»,- շեշտել է Դավիթ Վարդանյանը։

Նա նշել է, որ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանին տեսակցելու փաստաբանների բոլոր դիմումները «կամ ուղղակի անտեսվել են, կամ մերժվել»։ «Անկախ բժիշկները» ևս չեն կարողանում այցելել ԼՂՀ նախկին պետնախարարին:

«Միակ քայլը հետազոտությունն էր, որ պետական ​​հիվանդանոցն արեց նրա հացադուլից հետո <...> Որոշ այցեր կան, ինչպես հասկացանք, Կարմիր Խաչից, բայց, դարձյալ, սա բավարար չէ, քանի որ դրանք բավականին մակերեսային այցեր են»,-համարում է Դավիթ Վարդանյանը։

Նամակները կարող են ուղարկվել նաև միայն Կարմիր Խաչի միջոցով, որն ունի «շատ խիստ կանոնակարգեր»՝ ոչ ավելի, քան չորս էջ, վստահեցնում է նա։

«Նրանք (Կարմիր խաչը. - նշում է RTVI-ն) աշխատում են այնպես, ինչպես կարող են, բայց նրանց ձեռքերը այնտեղ ևս շատ կապված են: Մենք չենք կարող կանոնավոր նամակներ ուղարկել։ Ինչպես ինձ ասաց հայրս, վերջին վեց ամսվա ընթացքում նա արդեն անսահմանափակ թվով նամակներ է ուղարկել։ Դրանցից ոչ մեկը հասցեատիրոջը չի հասել, այսինքն՝ մեզ մոտ էլ է այս կապի միջոցը խզված»,- հայտարարել է Դավիթ Վարդանյանը։

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախկին պետնախարարի որդին նշել է, որ ինքը զանգում է հորը, սակայն հեռախոսով «որոշ հարցեր» քննարկել չեն կարող։ Նա միաժամանակ նշում է, որ ընտանիքը երախտապարտ է տեղի փաստաբանին, որը «վտանգում է իր կյանքը»:

Դավիթ Վարդանյանը հաստատեց, որ իր հորը 20 հոդվածներով 45 մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել։ Նա հավելել է, որ քրեական գործը պարունակում է 25 հազար էջ ադրբեջաներեն, որոնք իր համար բանավոր թարգմանում է «քննիչի և դատախազության» նշանակած թարգմանիչը։

«Սա բավականին հին ռազմավարություն է. եթե նորմալ գործ չունես, ուղղակի սարի չափ մակուլատուրա ես գրում, ներողություն եմ խնդրում, և դրանով փորձում խեղդել քո մեղադրյալին»,-ասում է ԼՂՀ նախկին պետնախարարի որդին։

Նա միաժամանակ նշում է, որ ընտանիքը «անչափ երախտապարտ է» Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին, որը հույս է հայտնել, որ Ադրբեջանը կառաջնորդվի «մարդասիրական նկատառումներով»։
