«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Նախօրեին, կարելի է ասել, սենսացիոն հայտարարություններ է արել «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդ, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալմայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանը: Նա մասնավորաբար նշել է, որ Հայաստանում հատկապես վերջին 2-3 տարին կոռուպցիան այնպիսի մակարդակի է հասել, որ անցած 30 տարվա կոռուպցիոներները միասին մի անկյունում «լուռ ծխում են»:
Կարապետյանը ուշադրություն է հրավիրել այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ այն ժամանակ, երբ Ադրբեջանից հերթական սպառնալիքներն են հնչում Հայաստանի հասցեին, մի գիշերվա մեջ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանկարծ հայտնվում է Մոսկվայում, մասնակցում Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի հերթական նիստին ու խոսում միայն ոսկու և թանկարժեք քարերի մասին: Սա՝ այն դեպքում, որ Հայաստանում թանկարժեք քարերով զբաղվող ընկերություններից և ոչ մեկը խոշոր հարկատուների տասնյակում չկա: Կարապետյանը նաև նշել է, որ, իրենց տեղեկություններով, ռուսական կողմը ձերբակալել է Հայաստանից Ռուսաստան ներմուծվող թանկարժեք քարերի մեծ խմբաքանակ, ապա դադարեցրել է չմշակված ադամանդ ուղարկել Հայաստան, ինչից հետո էլ Փաշինյանը մեկնեց Մոսկվա ու խոսեց ոսկու և թանկարժեք քարերի մասին:
«Եզրակացությունները թողնում եմ ձեզ»,ասել է Արշակ Կարապետյանն իր «Բնագիծ» հաղորդաշարի հերթական թողարկման ժամանակ: Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման առաջնորդի խոսքերով, այս իշխանությունները անձնականը վեր են դասել պետականից: «Հայաստանում չտեսների փողոցային ավազակախումբ է նստած պետության գլխին: Իսկ չտես մարդը, մի կատու անգամ չունեցած մարդը չի կարող երկիր ղեկավարել», -ասել է Կարապետյանը:
