«Տարեհաց». բացվել է Ամանորի ուտեստների տոնավաճառը

«Հանրապետության hրապարակ» մետրոյի կայարանին հարակից տարածքում՝ «Խաչքարերի պուրակում»б տեղի է ունեցել «Տարեհաց» խորագրով Ամանորի ուտեստների տոնավաճառի բացումը, որը գործելու է մինչև դեկտեմբերի 30-ը՝ ժամը 12:00-22:00: Տոնավաճառին ներկայացված են 10 առանձին սեղաններ՝ ՀՀ տարբեր մարզերից ու Երևանից:
ԿԳՄՍՆ-ից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ միջոցառման բացմանը ներկա են եղել ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը, Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանը, ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Ալֆրեդ Քոչարյանը, պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք: Նախարարն ու մյուս հյուրերը շրջել են տաղավարներով, ծանոթացել ներկայացվող ուտեստների պատմությանն ու առանձնահատկություններին, հետաքրքրվել կազմակերպությունների գործունեությամբ:
Տոնավաճառի հիմնական նպատակն է նպաստել Հայաստանի ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգության դրսևորումներից մեկի՝ հայկական խոհանոցի հանրահռչակմանը, նորովի արժևորմանն ու կենսունակության խթանմանը:
Հիշատակելով «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ոչ նյութական մշակութային ժառանգություն» շտեմարանի նոր ենթաբաժինը՝ «Ուտեստների շտեմարանը»՝ ԿԳՄՍ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը նշել է, որ այնտեղ գրանցված է շուրջ 250 ուտեստ:
«Շատ ենք կարևորում ոչ միայն ուտեստների հավաքագրումը, այլև դրանք մեր կյանքի մի մասը դարձնելն ու այդ ճանապարհով նաև մեր ավանդույթների մասին մարդկանց տեղեկություն փոխանցելը: Օգտագործելով ամանորյա տաղավարային ձևաչափը՝ մեր գործընկերների հետ որոշեցինք այս միջավայրում Տարեմուտի ավանդույթներ ներկայացնել: Միջոցառումն անցկացվում է առաջին անգամ. փորձել ենք հասկանալ՝ ինչպիսին կլինի մարդկանց հետաքրքրվածությունն ու ներգրավվածությունը տոնավաճառին, որպեսզի հաջորդ տարիների համար քննարկենք ներկայանալու այլ ձևաչափեր»,- ասել է նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը՝ կարևորելով գործընկերային համագործակցության զարգացումը:
Նա նաև իրազեկել է, որ տոնական օրերի շրջանակում նախատեսվում են Արուճում Հոգևոր երաժշտության փառատոն, իսկ Ջերմուկում՝ Հեղինակային երգի հանրապետական մրցույթ-փառատոն, որտեղ ևս լինելու են տաղավարային հատվածներ:
Տոնավաճառի ընթացքում առանձին սեղաններով մեկ մեծ տաղավարում ներկայացվում են հայկական խոհանոցին բնորոշ ուտեստներ և քաղցրավենիքներ, ինչպես նաև ուտեստի պատրաստման վարպետության դասեր (վարպետաց դասերի ժամանակացույց):
Հայաստանում տարեհացը Ամանորի սեղանի համար խորհրդանշական է՝ որպես անհատական և ընտանեկան հաջողությունն ու բարօրությունը ավետող նոր տարվա սկիզբ: Ավանդույթ կա, որ տարեհացի մեջ դրված մետաղադրամը կարող է հաջողություն բերել այն անձին, ում բաժին է հասնում այն:
Միջոցառումն իրականացվում է ԿԳՄՍ նախարարության նախաձեռնությամբ՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի, Մշակույթի զարգացման հիմնադրամի, «Պատմամշակութային արգելոց-թանգարանների և պատմական միջավայրի պահպանության ծառայություն» և «Հովհաննես Շարամբեյանի անվան ժողովրդական արվեստների թանգարան» ՊՈԱԿ-ների հետ համագործակցությամբ:
