«Առողջության իրավունք իրավապաշտպան» ՀԿ համահիմնադիր Անուշ Պողոսյանը գրում է․
«2018 թվականին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կառավարության նիստին հայտարարեց, որ այսուհետ կառավարությունը աշխատելու է հայկական արտադրության համակարգիչներով, նաև հորդորեց պետական մարմիններին գնել բացառապես հայկական արտադրության համակարգիչներ , որին ի պատասխան ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունը ձեռք բերեց թվով 2420 դյուրակիր համակարգիչները, որոնք բաշխվեցին բուժհաստատություններին։
Եվ ահա ԱՆ նախարարի տեղակալը Արարատի մարզում հանդիպման ժամանակ բուժաշխատողներին հայտարարում է, որ հայկական արտադրության համակարգիչները զիբիլ են և պետք է դեն նետել և նոր համակարգիչներ ձեռք բերել։
