Նախարարը շփոթել էր հաստիքները

Արդարադատության նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանն այսօր որևէ բովանդակային պատասխան չտվեց, թե ինչով են պայմանավորված իր նշանակումից հետո համակարգում տեղի ունեցող կադրային փոփոխությունները։ Միայն նշեց, թե նորմալ է, որ կադրային փոփոխություններ տեղի ունենան, և դրանք հիմա էլ ընթացքի մեջ են։
Հիշեցնենք, Գալյանի նշանակումից հետո պաշտոնից ազատվեցին նախարարի բոլոր չորս տեղակալները, նաև ՔԿԾ պետ Ամբակում Գրիգորյանն ու ԴԱՀԿ ծառայության պետ Արսեն Մնացականյանը։
Տեղակալները փոխարինվեցին այլ անձանցով, իսկ ՔԿԾ պետի և ԴԱՀԿ ծառայության պետի պաշտոնները դեռ թափուր են։ MediaHub-ին ասել էին, որ թեև ՔԿԾ պետ Ամբակում Գրիգորյանին դեռ նախորդ նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանն էր ցանկանում ազատել, բայց Գալյանը, իրականում, չի ցանկացել նրան ազատել, ավելին՝ նրա վերանշանակման վերաբերյալ գրություն է ուղարկել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, սակայն վերջինս միանգամից ազատել է նրան պաշտոնից։ Գալյանը, սակայն, նշեց, թե այդ հարցերը պատճառաբանման, նույնիսկ պատասխանելու կարիք չկա։
Ի դեպ, մի քանի ամիս է՝ թափուր է նաև արդարադատության նախարարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի պաշտոնը, և մինչ օրս այս պաշտոնում նշանակում չի եղել։ Սրբուհի Գալյանն այս մասով էլ ասաց․ «Մրցույթը, եթե չեմ սխալվում, տեղի է ունեցել, կարծեմ՝ ունենք հաղթող, բայց դեռ նշանակումը չկա»։
Ավելի ուշ մենք տեղեկացանք, որ նախարար Սրբուհի Գալյանն, իրականում, սխալվել է աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի մասով ու մի բան ճիշտ չի ասում։ Մեզ ասացին՝ աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի հաստիքի համար մրցույթը, իրականում, տեղի չի ունեցել՝ այն հունվարին նոր պետք է անցկացվի, և եթե տեղի ունեցած լիներ, ապա եռօրյա ժամկետում, ինչպես պահանջում է օրենքը, պետք է արդեն նշանակված լիներ հաղթած թեկնածուն։ Երբ այս հարցով դիմեցինք արդարադատության նախարարություն՝ ճշտելու, թե իսկապե՞ս աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի թափուր հաստիքի մրցույթը տեղի է ունեցել, թե՞ նախարարը ինչ-որ բան շփոթել է, ԱՆ-ից ասացին, որ նախարարը, իրականում, շփոթել է։
Ըստ նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Ծովինար Խաչատրյանի՝ ոչ թե նախարարության, այլ նախարարությանը ենթակա Պրոբացիոն ծառայության աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի թափուր հաստիքի մրցույթն է տեղի ունեցել, իսկ նախարարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի հաստիքը դեռ թափուր է, և մրցույթը, ինչպես մեզ ասել էին, տեղի է ունենալու 2025 թ․ հունվարին, և նախարար Գալյանը պարզապես շփոթել էր հաստիքները։
