Իշխան Սաղաթելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Քրեական ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչությունում դեկտեմբերի 17-ին օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ էին ստացվել, որ Գյումրի քաղաքի երկու բնակիչ՝ 20-ամյա աղջիկ և 18-ամյա երիտասարդ, Գյումրիի Գարեգին Նժդեհի փողոցի կրպակում իրացրել են կեղծ 5000-անոց թղթադրամ:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանությունից:

Նրանք հայտնաբերվել և տեղափոխվել են Քրեական ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչություն, որտեղ բացատրական աշխատանքի արդյունքում խոստովանել են արարքը:

Կրպակի վաճառողուհուց ընդունվել է հաղորդում: Կեղծ թղթադրամ իրացնողները կազմված փաստաթղթերի հետ ներկայացվել են Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչություն: Նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:

Կեղծ թղթադրամ իրացնելու վերաբերյալ Համայնքային ոստիկանության Կումայրիի բաժնում օպերատիվ տեղեկություն էր ստացվել նաև նոյեմբերի 9-ին: Այս դեպքում կեղծ թղթադրամներ էին իրացրել տաքսի ծառայության վարորդին:

Պարզվել էր վարորդի ինքնությունը: Նա հայտնել էր, որ Գյումրիի Սավոյան փողոցում իր վարած «Օպելն» էին նստել երկու երիտասարդ աղջիկ, իսկ պատվերի ավարտին տվել էին կեղծ թղթադրամներ ու հեռացել: Վարորդը հասկանալով, որ թղթադրամները կեղծ են, Մայակովսկու փողոցում հայտնաբերել էր նրանց և պահանջել վճարել ուղևորավարձը: Վերջիններս հրաժարվել էին, ապա թողնելով իրենց ձեռքի պայուսակը, դիմել էին փախուստի: Պայուսակում 10 000 և 2000 անվանական արժեքով կեղծ թղթադրամներ էին:

Նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի շրջանակում ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ պարզվել է, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ին տաքսի ծառայությունից օգտվել և կեղծ թղթադրամներ էին իրացրել դեկտեմբերի 17-ին ձերբակալված 20-ամյա աղջիկն ու 18-ամյա երիտասարդը. երիտասարդն այդ օրը եղել էր կանացի հագուստով և կեղծամով:
