ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի՝ ապօրինաբար լիազորությունները դադարեցված նախագահ, անկուսակցական պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը սոցցանցի իր էջում գրում է․

«Նախօրեին հրապարակել էի տեղեկություն, որ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Հովիկ Աղազարյանի հեռախոսի բովանդակության տարածման անթույլատրելիության հարցով դիմել եմ իմ միջազգային գործընկերներին, և ահա ես եմ հայտնվել Կառավարության թիրախում:

Ներկայացնելով ինչպես ներպետական օրենսդրությունը, այնպես էլ միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերը, որոնք խստորեն արգելում են մարդու անձնական գրագրության հանրայնացումը, ընգծել էի, որ դա իշխանությունն արել է և ակնկալել էի գործողություններ։

Իմ գրության մեջ հատուկ շեշտել էի, որ վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի տեղակալ Տարոն Չախոյանի հետ փոխկապակցված կայքերը թիրախավորված հոդվածներ են տարածել պատգամավոր Աղազարյանի սեռական կողմնորոշման վերաբերյալ:

Իմ քաղաքական գործունեության արդյունքում, այդ գրություններից հետո, ես դարձել եմ Տարոն Չախոյանի թիրախը: Նա ոչ միայն իր սոցիալական էջում, այլև` իր հետ փոխկապակցված կայքերում իմ հասցեին տարածել է ոչ միայն վիրավորական և անհիմն պնդումներ, այլև` հրապարակել է բացարձակ ՍՈՒՏ պատմություն, թե իբր ես տարիներ առաջ ապօրինի ձայնագրել եմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մասնակցությամբ ինչ-որ նիստ և այն փոխանցել Սերժ Սարգսյանին։

Բայց, քանի որ

 • Ես չեմ մասնակցել որևէ նման հանդիպման, հետևաբար չէի կարող իրականացնել ապօրինի ձայնագրություն (թեև իմ տեսակը չէ գաղտնի ձայնագրություններ անելը)

 • Սկսած 2019 թվականից երկու տարի շարունակ ես չեմ մասնակցել ՔՊ խմբակցության («Իմ քայլը») նիստերին՝ ցանկացած արտահոսքի մեղադրանքներից խուսափելու համար։

Հետևաբար`

Այսօր դիմել եմ ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազ Աննա Վարդապետյանին` ՊԱՀԱՆՋԵԼՈՎ նախաձեռնել վարույթ և քննությամբ պարզել՝

1. Սերժ Սարգսյանին փոխանցված ձայնագրությունը` ո՞վ կամ ովքե՞ր են այն իրականացրել, ե՞րբ և ի՞նչ պայմաններում։

2. Ո՞վ կամ ովքե՞ր են մասնակցել հիշատակված հանդիպմանը և ինչպե՞ս են փոխանցել այդ ձայնագրությունը։

3. Հարցաքննել Տարոն Չախոյանին՝ պահանջելով փաստեր իր հայտարարությունների վերաբերյալ, իսկ ապացույցների բացակայության դեպքում նրան պատասխանատվության ենթարկել՝ ՍՈՒՏ ՄԱՏՆՈՒԹՅԱՆ հատկանիշներով։

Ես շարունակելու եմ հետևել այս գործընթացին և, ինչպես միշտ, հանրայնորեն կիսվել զարգացումներով ու արդյունքներով։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, նրա ֆեյքը կամ ֆեյքերը չեն կարող ինձ վերագրել արարքներ, որոնք ՉԵՄ ԱՐԵԼ:
