Պերմյակովի գործով հաջորդ դատական նիստը տեղի կունենա փետրվարի 5-ին

Վալերի Պերմյակովի գործով հունվարի 29-ին կայացած նիստի ժամանակ Ավետիսյանների իրավահաջորդներին, վկաներ՝ Ավետիսյանների հորեղբոր աղջիկ ու պատկից հարևան Կարինե Ավետիսյանին, կանչով դեպքի վայր եկած շտապբուժօգնության բուժքույր Գայանե Մելքոնյանին, վարորդ Վարդան Պետրոյանին, մոտակա խանութի աշխատակցուհի Ռուզանա Հակոբյանին լսելուց հետո վկայությ ուն համար դատարանի դահլիճ հրավիրվեց վաշտի հրամանատար Արտյոմ Դանչինկը:Հաշվի առնելով ցուցմունքի կարևորությունը ամենաերկար ցուցմունքը Դանչինկինն էր: Դատի մասնակից բոլոր կողմերի համաձայնությամբ, դատական այս նիստը երկարացվեց՝ աշխատանքային օրվա ավարտից գրեթե մեկ ժամով: Վկան նախ փաստաբանների հարցերին ի պատասխան մանրամասներ ներկայացրեց այն պարտադիր պայմանների մասին, որոնց առկայության դեպքում են միայն զորակոչվում բանակ՝ հոգեբանական ու առողջական կայունություն, անթերի անցյալի և այլն: Ինչպես տեղեկացրեց վկան, վերջին տարինրին հիմնականում Գյումրի ծառայության են անցնում Չիտայի երկրամասից: Անդրադառնալով դեպքի օրվա մանրամասներին՝ Արտյոմ Դանչինկը նշեց, որ ինքը Վ. Պերմյակովին վերջին անգամ զորամասում տեսել էր դեպքի օրը ժամը 1-ին և արտառոց որևէ բան չի նկատել՝ Պերմյակովը եղել է շատ հանգիստ: Ավելի ուշ ժամը 3:30-ի սահմաններում արդեն պահակապետ, ավագ լեյտենանտ Անդրեյ Նիկիշինը տեղյակ է պահել, որ Պերմյակովը լքել է դիրքը: Բազայի հրամանատար Յուրի Ուստինովի հրամանով անմիջապես սկսվել են որոնողական աշխատանքները: Փաստաբանների այն հարցին, թե վկան տեղյակ է, որ հայ-ռո ւսական միջպետական համաձայանգրի հիման վրա որոնողական աշխատանքների մասին պետք է նաև տեղյակ պահվեր հայկական կողմին և այդ աշխատանքներն իրականացվեին հայկական կողմի հետ միասին, վկան նշեց, որ ինքը տեղյակ չէ այդ մասին և ընդհանրապես չգիտի՝ տեղեկացվե՞լ, կամ մասնակցե՞լ է այդ աշխատանքներում հայկական կողմը: Օրվա անդրադարձը ներկայացնելուց հետո փաստաբանների կողմից հարցեր հնչեցին հիմնականում պահակապետ Ա. Նիկիշինի պարտականությունների, այդ օրվա գործողությունների և ընդհանրապես մարտական հերթապահության անցնելուց հետո Պերմյակովի անհայտացման, որ ոնողական աշխատանքների, նրա հայտնաբերման մանրամասներին, ՌԴ-ից ՀՀ տարածքում ծառայության անցած զինվորների և հատկապես Վ. Պերմյակովի ծառայության անցնելու իրավունքի, ընտանեկան ու հոգեբանական վիճակի, ինչպես նաև այս դեպքի առնչությամբ ռուսական կողմի իրականացրած ծառայողական քննության ու պատիժների մասին:
