Երևանի ներկա և նախկին քաղաքապետներ Տիգրան Ավինյանն ու Հայկ Մարությանը բանավիճել են ամենատարբեր հարցերի շուրջ, որոնց թվում էր նաև միասնական տոմսային համակարգին վերաբերող հարցը:

Ի հակադրումն Մարությանի ձևակերպումների, Ավինյանը նշել է.

«Սիրելի երևանցիներ, մեր գնած ամեն նոր ավտոբուսի հետ Երևանի ծախսերն ավելանում են: Դրանց մի մասը իր վրա է վերցնում քաղաքապետարանը, մյուս մասը միասնական տոմսային համակարգըէ բալանսավորված տարբերակով: Ավելի շատ օգտվողների համար ավելի էժան տարբերակով, ավելի քիչ օգտվողների համար մի փոքր ավելի թանկ տարբերակով, մի փոքր ավել գումար է հավաքագրվում: Այդ մի փոքր ավել գումարն այսօրվա համեմատությամբ, տարբերվում է մոտավորապես 44 դրամով: Այսինքն, միջինացված տոմսի գինը 100 դրամի փոխարեն դառնում է 144 դրամ»,- ասաց Ավինյանը:

Անդրադառնալով Հայկ Մարությանի դիտարկումներին, Ավինյանն ասաց՝ մանիպուլյացիա են:

«Հարգելի երևանցիներ, սա մանիպուլյացիա է, սուտ է: Պարոն Մարությանը էս թեմաներով նախկինում ասել է 180 աստիճան հակառակը և այսօր խաղում է մի նոր խաղ: Չգիտեմ ինչ պլաններ ունի պարոն Մարությանը, դա իր գործն է, բայց իմ խնդիրն այն է, որ որևէ դեպքում դուք հանկարծ կասկած չունենաք, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանն ամեն ջանք ներդնում է, որ տրանսպորտային համակարգը բերի ամենալավ, պատշաճ մակարդակի՝ գնի նվազագույն փոփոխությամբ:

Ես վստահեցնում եմ, որ սա միայն ավտոբուսների քանակով չէ, ոչ էլ միասնական տոմսային համակարգով, ոչ էլ միայն առանձնացված ավտոբուսային գծերով: Սա մի ամբողջ համակարգ է, որը Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը 2022 թվականից շատ ավելի ինտենսիվ է սկսել անել, որովհետև, եթե պարոն Մարությանին մնար, իր տեմպերով 10 տարի կտևեր»,- ասաց Ավինյանը:
