Դեկտեմբերի 18-ին, սպանություն է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 19։40-ի սահմաններում ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչությունում և նույն վարչության Կոտայքի մարզային քրեական վարչությունում օպերատիվ տեղեկություններ են ստացվել, որ Նոր Հաճն քաղաքի Թումանյան 3-րդ շենքի մուտքի մոտ տղամարդու դի կա։

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամանել են քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ծառայողները, Կոտայքի մարզային քրեական վարչության պետ Արթուր Զաքարյանը ու ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության Նաիրիի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Սուրիկ Ջանիկյանի և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Կոտայքի մարզի գումարտակի 2-րդ վաշտի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Լևոն Բադալյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Տեղում պարզվել է, որ օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը հավաստի է։ Ոստիկաններն ու պարեկները պարզել են, որ մահացածը Նոր Հաճն քաղաքի բնակիչ 25-ամյա Տ․ Մուսոյանն է։

Դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն մարմինի վրա կա սուր կտրող-ծակող առարկայի հարվածի հետք, իսկ մարմնի մոտ հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր։Դեպքի մասին ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնից տեղեկությունը փոխանցել են ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Նաիրի քննչական բաժին, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ վարչության պետ Հովհաննես Չալաբյանի, վարչության պետի տեղակալ Աշոտ Մելքումյանի, Նաիրիի քննչական բաժնի պետ Հայկարամ Հակոբյանի և հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Սահակ Բաբախանյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Դեպքի փաստով Ս․ Բաբախանյանի որոշմամբ սպանություն հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ Մինչ դեպքի վայրում աշխատում էր քննչական խումբն ու քրեագետը, քրեական ոստիկաններն ու ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնի ծառայողները տաք հետքերով պարզել են ենթադրյալ կասկածյալի ինքնությունը և ձեռնարկելով անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝հայտնաբերել են նրան, ում սպանություն կատարելու հիմնավոր կասկածանքով ձերբակալել և տեղափոխել են ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժին։ Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով, կասկածյալը Նոր Հաճն քաղաքի բնակիչ 19-ամյա Գ․ Կարապետյանն է և հայտնաբերվել է նաև հանցագործության գործիքը։

 Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով, կասկածյալն ու հանցագործության գործիքը ոստիկանության Նաիրիի բաժնից ներկայացվել են Նաիրիի քննչական բաժին։
