H1N1-ը Հայաստանում նահանջում է, բայց զգոնությունը չպետք է կորցնել (տեսանյութ)
VIDEO«Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ Եվրոպական տարածաշրջանում 59% դեպքերում շրջանառվում է գրիպի Ա տեսակի H1N1 ենթատեսակը։ Վարակը բավական մեծ աշխուժացում է գտել մի շարք երկրներում` Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում, Վրաստանում, Թուրքիայում, Հունաստանում, Ֆինլանդիայում, Շվեդիայում և այլ երկրներում»,-նախարարությունում հրավիրված ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ԱՆ Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոնի գլխավոր տնօրեն Արտավազդ Վանյանը։
Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության տվյալներով, ԱՀԿ անդամ 32 երկիր հայտնել է, որ եվրոպական տարածաշրջանում գրիպանման հիվանդությունների և ծանր սուր շնչառական վարակների աշխուժացման միտում է արձանագրվում: Աշխուժացումը նկատելի է ընթացիկ տարվա յուրաքնաչյուր շաբաթվա ընթացքում: Գրիպի Ա տեսակի (H1N1) ենթատեսակը ծանր սուր շնչառական վարակների նկատմամբ շարունակում է գերակշռել հատկապես եվրոպայի արևելյան հատվածում, այն էլ` հիմնականում 15-64 տարեկան անձանց շրջանում:
Այսպիսով, գրիպի 2015-2016 սեզոնը բնորոշվում է գրիպի Ա տեսակի (H1N1) ենթատեսակով, որն ինչպես հայտնի է առաջացնում է հիվանդության առավել ծանր ընթացք և մահվան ելքեր, քան գրիպի Ա տեսակի (H3N2) ենթատեսակը:
Սկսած 2015 թվականի 52-րդ շաբաթից Արևելյան Եվրոպայի մի քանի երկրներ ԱՀԿ հաղորդել են ծանր սուր շնչառական վարակների թվի ավելացման մասին՝ պայմանավորված գրիպի Ա տեսակի (H1N1) ենթատեսակով: Բացի դրանից, Եվրոպայի արևմտյան հատվածի երկրները, սկսած այս սեզոնի սկզբից, հաղորդել են վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքներում լաբորատոր հաստատված գրիպի 158 385 դեպքի մասին:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում գրիպով և սուր շնչառական վարակներով պայմանավորված իրավիճակին, ապա պատկերը հետևյալն է։ 2016 թվականի հունվարին, հիմնականում տոնական և առաջին հետտոնական օրերին, արձանագրվել է սուր շնչառական վարակների աշխուժացում, որին էլ նպաստել են ջերմաստիճանի կտրուկ նվազումը, տոնական օրերին ակտիվ շփումները և գրիպի շրջանառող հարուցիչը (հիմնականում՝ գրիպի Ա տեսակի H1N1 ենթատեսակ): Այսինքն՝ 2016 թվականի հունվարի ընթացքում հանրապետությունում նկատվում է սուր շնչառական վարակներով պայմանավորված իրավիճակի լարվածություն՝ պայմանավորված նշված հիվանդությունների սեզոնային ակտիվությամբ:
