«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Հաճախ է խոսվում այն մասին, որ զբոսաշրջության ոլորտում Հայաստանն ունի մեծ պոտենցիալ, սակայն դա լիարժեք չի օգտագործվում: Մասնագետները պարբերաբար բարձրաձայնում են ոչ միայն սպասարկման ոլորտի, ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման, այլև Հայաստանի զբոսաշրջային գոտիներն աշխարհին ավելի ճանաչելի դարձնելու, մատուցելու անհրաժեշտությունը: Այս ամենի համար կարևորվում է նաև համագործակցության շրջանակների ընդլայնումը տարբեր միջազգային բրենդների հետ:
Օրերս պայմանագիր է ստորագրվել «Մոդեռն Գրուպ» ընկերության և աշխարհում հայտնի զբոսաշրջային ընկերություններից մեկի՝ ֆրանսիական Accor հյուրանոցային խմբի միջև, ըստ որի, 2026 թ. Ծաղկաձորում կգործի Novotel Living ապրանքանիշի հյուրանոցը: Այս իրադարձությունը տեղի է ունեցել Մատենադարանում կայացած «Yerevan International Hospitality Forum 2024. գլոբալ գաղափարներ հյուրանոցային բիզնեսի համար Հայաստանում» խորագրով ֆորումի ժամանակ, որը նշանակալի իրադարձություն է համարվում՝ ուղղված հյուրընկալության շուկայում Հայաստանի դիրքերի ամրապնդմանը, ներդրումների ներգրավմանը և ռազմավարական գործընկերությունների զարգացմանը: Ֆորումը նախաձեռնել են Stone Development և Enterprise Armenia ընկերությունները՝ Հայաստանի զբոսաշրջության կոմիտեի և Հայաստանի հյուրանոցների ասոցիացիայի աջակցությամբ:
Այն տպավորիչ է եղել ոչ միայն մասնակիցների թվով, քննարկված թեմաների արդիականությամբ, այլև միջազգային գործընկերների մասնակցությամբ ու խոսնակների ներկայացուցչականությամբ: Մասնավորաբար, խոսնակների թվում են եղել Accor S.A.-ի, Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc.-ի, InterContinental Hotels Group-ի, Marriott International Inc.-ի, Radisson Hotel Group-ի պես խոշորագույն միջազգային հյուրանոցային ցանցերի թոփ մենեջերները:
