Власти Польши включили ряд СМИ в список стратегических компаний

Польша решила добавить несколько медиа- и телекоммуникационных компаний в свой список стратегических компаний, что означает, что их поглощение будет невозможно без согласия правительства, заявил в среду премьер-министр Дональд Туск, передает Reuters.
Ранее Туск заявил, что в список будут добавлены частные телекомпании TVN, принадлежащие американской компании Warner Discovery, и Polsat, что подчеркивает растущую обеспокоенность по поводу иностранного вмешательства.
В связи с этим Туск упомянул «гибридную войну» против стран региона.
«Мы приняли постановление... на основании которого мы расширили список организаций, подлежащих защите... такие компании, как Cyfrowy Polsat, P4 - компания, которая управляет Play, TVN, Polsat television, T-Mobile и WB Electronics, - заявил Туск в среду после заседания кабинета министров. - В этот список уже включены ранее защищенные компании... такие, как Tauron Polska, Orlen, Emitel, Grupa Azoty, Gaspol. Мне не нужно обосновывать необходимость защиты от риска попадания этих компаний, которые являются ключевыми для безопасности польского государства, в чужие руки».
До сих пор в список стратегических компаний Польши входили в основном энергетические, химические и телекоммуникационные компании.
