Մինչեւ 2041թ. Դուբայն ավելի հարմարավետ հետիոտն զբոսավայր դարձնելու ավելի լայն ծրագրի շրջանակում տեղի իշխանությունները հավանություն են տվել վերերկրյա Future Loop ճանապարհի ստեղծմանը։ Future Loop-ը, որը մեկ մղոնից մի փոքր ավելին է, կապահովի մոտ 30 000 քառակուսի մետր օդափոխվող տարածք եւ նույնքան էլ ստվերոտ գոտիներ, երկուսն էլ նախատեսված շուրջ տարին զբոսանքները խրախուսելու համար, անգամ Դուբայի տխրահռչակ շոգ ամռանը։

«Դուբայը ապագայի քաղաք է, որը ձգտում է ստեղծել առողջ եւ երջանիկ քաղաքային միջավայր»,- նշվել է Դուբայի կառավարիչ Մուհամեդ բին Ռաշիդ ալ Մաքթումի հայտարարությունում։  «Dubai Walk-ի գլխավոր պլանը  խրախուսում է ակտիվ կենսակերպը եւ հնարավորություններ է ընձեռում սպորտով զբաղվելու համար բոլորին՝ քայլքը դարձնելով մեր մշակույթի եւ ամենօրյա կյանքի մի մասը։ Այս տեսլականը Դուբայը դարձնելու է ամենաառողջ եւ կայուն քաղաքներից մեկն աշխարհում»։

Ալ Մաքթումը հրապարակել է Future Loop-ի  տեսլականն X-ի իր օգտահաշվում։ Կարեւոր հաստատություններից եւ տեսարժան վայրերից շատերը, ներառյալ Ապագայի թանգարանը, Առեւտրի համաշխարհային կենտրոնը, Emirates աշտարակները եւ Դուբայի Միջազգային ֆինանսական կենտրոնը, կմիանան հանգույցով, ինչպես նաեւ մետրոյի մերձակա կայարաններով։

Եվ սա ընդամենը հանրային տրանսպորտի տեսակներից է, որոնք նախատեսված են պլանի շրջանակում՝ բարելավման համար, ինչպես նաեւ մշակման փուլում են գտնվում ավտոբուսի եւ հեծանվային երթուղիները։ Բացի այդ, նախատեսված է կառուցել 110 կամուրջներ եւ ստորգետնյա անցումներ։

Դուբայը նաեւ էապես կավելացնի կանաչ գոտիները՝ բույսերով ծածկված 40 մղոնանոց մայրուղու օգնությամբ, որը հանդես կգա որպես կենտրոնական հետիոտն երթուղի քաղաքի միջով։
