Ազգային ժողովի Պաշտպանության և անվտանգության հարցերի հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանը համառորեն հրաժարվում է հրապարակել 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամանքները քննող հանձնաժողովի զեկույցը՝ հասկանալով, որ դրանից հետո ՔՊ-ն կարող է ազատվել իր ներկայությունից։ Երեկ խորհրդարանում նա հայտարարել է, թե զեկույցը կներկայացվի փակ նիստում՝ հաշվի առնելով զեկույցում առկա գաղտնի տեղեկատվությունը։ Քոչարյանն այդպես էլ չի հստակեցնում, թե երբ է ներկայացվելու զեկույցը։

Նախկինում նա հայտարարել էր, թե զեկույցը կլինի հոկտեմբերին, այժմ՝ ընդհուպ չի բացառում, որ կարող է հրապարակումը ձգել մինչև 2026 թ. հերթական խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ։ Լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում նա խորիմաստ ու բազմանշանակ դեմքով հայտարարել է, թե զեկույցի հրապարակումից հետո հազարավոր քրեական գործեր են լինելու։ Այդկերպ, ակնարկում է իշխանությանը, որ առանց իր աջակցության Փաշինյանը չի կարողանալու իրականացնել մտահղացումը, այն է՝ պատերազմի պատասխանատվությունը բարդել զինվորականության և Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության վրա։

Հանձնաժողովի նախագահը երեկ նաև ակնարկել է, որ մոտ օրերս անվտանգային ոլորտին առնչվող կարևոր բացահայտում է լինելու։ Թե ինչպիսի, չի ասում։ Փաստացի, սրանով էլ Քոչարյանը մտնում է իրավապահների, մասնավորապես ԱԱԾ դաշտ։
