Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին սպասարկող մեքենաների քանակը պետական գաղտնիք է

ՀՀ վարչապետին սպասարկող մեքենաների քանակը, ինչպես նաև այդ մեքենաների ձեռքբերման ու սպասարկման համար հատկացված միջոցները պետական գաղտնիք են։ Այս մասին հայտնել են վարչապետի աշխատակազմից՝ ի պատասխան «Փաստինֆոյի» հարցման։
«Մենք դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Արայիկ Հարությունյանին ուղղված հարցմամբ աշխատակազմի ղեկավարին խնդրել էինք հայտնել, թե քանի ծառայողական մեքենա է սպասարկում ՀՀ վարչապետին, թե վերջին 3 տարիների ընթացքում քանի մեքենա է ձեռք բերվել վարչապետին սպասարկելու համար, որքան գումար է հատկացվել այդ մեքենաների ձեռքբերման համար, որքան է կազմում այդ մեքենաների տարեկան սպասարկման գումարը։ Այս հարցերից որևէ մեկին պատասխան այդպես էլ չենք ստացել։
Այսօր ստացված գրության մեջ, հղում անելով «Պետական գաղտնիքի մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 8-րդ հոդվածին, ասել են, թե այդ տեղեկատվությունը դասվում է պետական գաղտնիքի շարքին։ Ասել է թե՝ հարկատուները չեն կարող իմանալ, թե իրենց հարկերից որքան գումար է ծախսվում Փաշինյանի մեքենաների համար։
Փոխարենը մասամբ պատասխանել էին մեր մյուս հարցերի, թե ընդհանուր առմամբ քանի ծառայողական մեքենա է սպասարկում կառավարությանը, կառավարության որ պաշտոնյաներին են դրանք սպասարկում, որ պաշտոնյաների սպասարկման համար են վերջին 3 տարվա ընթացքում նոր մեքենաներ ձեռք բերվել ու որքան գումար է հատկացվել այդ նպատակով։ Նոր գնված գնված մեքենաների վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն, իհարկե, չկար, սակայն մեզ հայտնել էին, որ վարչապետի աշխատակազմին սպասարկում է 26 տրանսպորտային միջոց։
Ըստ մեզ տրամադրած տեղեկատվության՝ մինչ նոյեմբերի 22-ը, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցից առաջ հրապարակած տեսանյութում կրճատում էր ծառայողական ավտոմեքենաների թիվը՝ վարչապետի աշխատակազմին սպասարկում էր 40 ավտոմեքենա, նոյեմբերի 22-ից հետո՝ նրանց թիվը կրճատվել էր 13-ով և դարձել 27։ Կառավարությունից մեզ պարզաբանեցին, որ նախորդ 3 օրերի ընթացքում մեքենաներից ևս մեկը դուրս էր գրվել աշխատակազմի ավտոպարկից։
Ստացվում է, որ ըստ հարցման՝ այսօր վարչապետի աշխատակազմին սպասարկում է 26 ավտոմեքենա՝ այն դեպքում, երբ մինչև նոյեմբերի 22-ը նրանց թիվը 40-ն էր։ Այս կրճատումը կարող էին տպավորիչ լինել, եթե չլիներ մի մեծ բայց....
Բանն այն է, որ «Փաստինֆոն» համանման հարցում էր կատարել նաև 5 տարի առաջ՝ 2019 թվականին, երբ Փաշինյանի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար էր Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանը»,-ասվում է լուրում։
