Վաղ թե ուշ կին-տղամարդ հարաբերություններում անբարենպաստ շրջափուլ է լինում: Դրա պատճառ կարող են հանդիսանալ հիասթափությունը, բնավորության փոփոխությունը կամ պարզապես ժամանակը, բայց ամենից հաճախ զուգընկերոջ կողմից ուշադրության կորուստը պայմանավորված է լինում կենցաղային գործոններով:
