Ոստիկանության տարածած հաղորդագրության համաձայն՝ համայնքային ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի ծառայողները՝ իրացնելով ստացված օպերատիվ տեղեկությունը, դեկտեմբերի 16-ին Ագարակ-Աշտարակ ճանապարհահատվածից ապօրինի թմրամիջոց պահելու հիմնավոր կասկածով ձերբակալել, բաժին են տեղափոխել մի տղամարդու, ում անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է մոտ 11,5 գրամ դեղնականաչավուն զանգված։
Նախքան ոստիկանության տրամադրած պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունը, Արագածոտնի մարզպետ Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանը տեղեկացրեց՝ մամուլից է իմացել, որ իր օգնականին բերման են ենթարկել։
Բայց քիչ առաջ MediaHub-ը ևս մեկ անգամ կապ հաստատեց Մովսիսյանի հետ, որը նշեց՝ չի հավատում, որ իր օգնականը թմրանյութի հետ կապ ունենա։
«Մոտ մեկ տարի է՝ ինձ հետ է աշխատում, որևէ անգամ չեմ նկատել, որ ինքը թմրանյութի ազդեցության տակ լինի։ Նախկին ուսուցիչ է, սպորտսմեն տղա։ Մի բան էն չի։ Իհարկե, նախաքննությունից առաջ չեմ ուզում որևէ կարծիք հայտնել, բայց մի բան էն չի։ Ու ես ամեն ինչ անելու եմ, որ արդարադատություն լինի»,- նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը։
Հարցին, թե ի՞նչն այն չէ, իր օգնականի գրպա՞նն են գցել թմրանյութը, Մովսիսյանը պատասխանեց․ «Դե չասեմ, որ գրպանն են գցել, բայց դե մի բան էն չի»։
Բայց և այնպես, Սերգեյ Մովսիսյանն ասաց, որ իր օգնականը խնդիր է ունեցել Աշտարակի «միլպետի» հետ, համագյուղացիներ են, ու շատ հավանական է, որ հենց նրա վրեժխնդրությունն է։
