Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները տևական ժամանակ արգելում են այն սփյուռքահայերի մուտքը Հայաստան, ովքեր համարձակվում են խստորեն քննադատել Փաշինյանին ու նրա քաղաքականությունը։ Մի քանի ամիս ընդմիջումից հետո երեկ էլ արգելել են Ռուսաստանում հայտնի քաղաքագետ Անդրանիկ Միհրանյանի մուտքը Հայաստան։ Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության ղեկավար Արա Աբրահամյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակության կազմում Հայաստան ժամանող Միհրանյանին «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում կանգնեցրել են, պարտադրել վերադառնալ Մոսկվա։ Ընդ որում, ողջ պատվիրակությունից նման «պատվի» արժանացել է միայն Միհրանյանը, մյուսների մոտ հսկիչ կետերում խնդիրներ չեն ծագել։ Միհրանյանն արդեն վերադարձել է Մոսկվա։

Սա վկայում է, որ իշխանությունները նախապես տեղյակ են եղել Անդրանիկ Միհրանյանի այցից, սպասել են, որ նա գա, ապա արգելեն մուտքը։ Բացի Անդրանիկ Միհրանյանից Հայաստանում արգելված է նաև Մարգարիտա Սիմոնյանի, Տիգրան Քեոսայանի, նաև Կոնստանտին Զատուլինի մուտքը։ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ-ն որևէ կերպ չի պատճառաբանում իր որոշումը։

Ավելին, ֆրանսահայ Մուրադ Փափազյանի դեպքում էլ նման որոշում էր կայացվել։ Փափազյանը դատական հայց էր ներկայացրել, հաղթել և այժմ անարգել կարողանում է մուտք գործել Հայաստան։ Թեև Փափազյանի դեպքում մի էական փաստարկ կա. նրա համար անձամբ միջնորդել էր Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը։ Վերջինիս խնդրանքով, ի դեպ, արգելել էին ֆրանսահայ լրագրող Լեո Նիկոլյանի մուտքը Հայաստան։ Վերջինս 40 օրից ավելի էր անցկացրել «Զվարթնոցում», հացադուլ հայտարարել՝ այդպես էլ չկարողանալով հատել անցակետը։

Միհրանյանի դեպքում որևէ մեկը չի խնդրելու, Փաշինյանն էլ, հակառուսական քաղաքականության ծիրում, շարունակելու է իր այս քայլերը։
