Դեկտեմբերի 14-ին Աշտարակ համայնքում տեղի է ունեցել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության 5-րդ Քաղաքական ժողովը։ Ըստ տարածված հաղորդագրության, օրակարգում են եղել «Իրական Հայաստանի» հայեցակարգն իրական կյանքի գործելակարգերի մեջ և խաղաղության օրակարգի իրականացման ընթացիկ վիճակը։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հանդես է եկել զեկույցներով և պատասխանել Քաղաքական ժողովի մասնակիցների հարցերին։

Արդեն այսօր առավոտյան Փաշինյանը տեսանյութ է հրապարակել, նշել, թե ժողովում որոշվել է՝ կուսակցությունն ինքն իր համար պետք է սահմանի բարեվարքության ավելի բարձր ստանդարտներ, որոնք կհաստատվեն կուսակցության 7-րդ հերթական համաժողովում։ Ըստ Փաշինյանի, չպետք է զարգանան որպես պետական պաշտոնյաների կուսակցություն, այլ ավելի լայն շերտեր ներգրավեն, մարդկանց, որոնք պետական համակարգի աշխատողներ չեն։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, թեև քաղաքական ժողովին թեժ չի եղել, բայց բոլոր հրավիրյալները եղել են լարված, փշերի վրա, ուշադիր լսել և գրառել են Փաշինյանի հանձնարարությունները, որպեսզի իրենք էլ sms-հաղորդագրություններ չստանան։ Հատկապես մտահոգել է պետական ծառայողներից զատ այլ շերտեր ներգրավելու առաջարկը։ ՔՊ-ում դա համարում են իրենց դիրքերին հարված. Փաշինյանն ուզում է կադրային ու կուսակցական բազան ընդլայնել՝ պաշտոնյաների փոփոխության ժամանակ լուրջ խնդիրների չբախվելու համար։
