Այսօր հակառակորդի դիվերսիայի ժամանակ հերոսաբար զոհված Զորիկ Գևորգյանի ծննդյան օրն է (լուսանկարներ, տեսանյութ)

Զորիկ Ժիրայրի Գևորգյան (հունվարի 29, 1989, Իջևան - օգոստոսի 1, 2014, Մարտակերտ), հայ զինվորական, հետախույզ, զոհվել է ադրբեջանական զորքերի հետախուզա-դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձը կասեցնելիս:

Ծնվել է 1989 թվականի հունվարի 29-ին ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի Իջևան քաղաքում, այնուհետ մշտական բնակության տեղափոխվել ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի Վանաձոր քաղաք։ Հայրը եղել է զինվորական։ 1996 թվականին միակ քրոջ՝ Անի Գևորգյանի (ծն. 1990թ.) հետ հաճախել են Վանաձորի Մարշալ Բաղրամյանի անվան թիվ 26 դպրոցը, երկուսով սովորել են նույն դասարանում։ 2004 թվականին 8-րդ դասարանը ավարտելով՝ քույր ու եղբայր տեղափոխվում են Վանաձորի պետական մանկավարժական ինստիտուտի հենակետային վարժարան։

2006 թվականին ավարտելով 10-րդ դասարանը՝ Զորիկն ընդունվում է Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան Ռազմական ինստիտուտ, սկզբում ընտրելով հետևակի մասնագիտություն, այնուհետև 4-րդ կուրսում՝ սկսում հետախույզի մասնագիտացում։ 2010 թվականին լետենանտի կոչումով անցնելով ՀՀ ԶՈՒ շարքերը՝ ծառայության անցնելով N. զորամասում որպես հետախուզական դասակի հրամանատար։

2013 թվականին բարեխիղճ ծառայության համար արժանանում է ավագ-լետենանտի զինվորական կոչման և տեղափոխվում N. զորամաս՝ որպես վաշտի հրամանատար։ 2014 թ. օգոստոսի 1-ի լույս 2-ի գիշերը՝ Մարտակերտի ուղղությամբ հակառակորդի հետախուզա-դիվերսիոն ներթափանցման փորձը կասեցնելիս արիաբար զոհվում է քաջարի սպան։ Զորիկ Գևորգյանին հետմահու շնորհվել է կապիտանի կոչում։ ՀՀ Նախագահի հրամանագրով պարգևատրվել է «Մարտական խաչ» 2-րդ աստիճանի շքանշանով, իսկ ԼՂՀ Նախագահի հրամանագրով՝ «Արիության համար» մեդալով։

Զորիկ Գևորգյանը կատարել է նաև 14 թռիչք պարաշյուտից, որի համար ևս պարգևատրվել է։

Զորիկ Գևորգյանի հիշատակին Վանաձորում՝ զինվորական ավանին կից տարածքում, մորեղբոր անմիջական նախաձեռնությամբ կառուցվել է և օրհնվել Ամենափրկիչ Զորավոր մատուռը։ Մատուռի վրա շղթաներով ամրացվել են խաչեր,որոնք թվով քսանհինգն են և համապատասխանում է հերոսի տարիքին, իսկ շղթաներն արտահայտում են Զորիկի ամուր կապը դեպի իր հավատն ու հողը։ Նույն տարածքում է գտնվում նաև Զորիկին նվիրված հուշաքարը` մանկության ընկերների կողմից և աղբյուրը` մարտական ընկերներից։ Զորիկ Գևորգյանի ընտանիքի անդամների նախաձեռնությամբ, որտեղ ծառայել է հերոս-հրամանատարը ևս կանգնեցվել է հուշաքար։

Վանաձորի Հ. Թումանյանի անվան պետական համալսարանի հենակետային վարժարանը 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի 25-ից կրում է Զորիկ Գևորգյանի անունը:
