Չկա աշխարհում երկրորդ երկիր, որի աշխարհագրական դիրքի, հարևանների անառողջ հավակնությունների և մշտական անվտանգային սպառնալիքների պայմաններում, երկրի ղեկավարումը ստանձնած անձը գաղափարական, քաղաքական, քարոզչական առումով այդքան հարվածի սեփական բանակին:
Այս մասին իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
«ՌԴ-ում վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում տասնյակներով բարձրաստիճան զինվորականներ պաշտոններից հանվեցին, շատերի նկատմամբ, այդ թվում` նախարարի տեղակալների, վարչության պետերի, տարբեր հոդվածներով քրեական վարույթներ նախաձեռնվեցին (հիմնականում կոռուպցիոն բնույթի հանցագործությունների հոդվածներով), մեծ թվով զինվորականներ կալանավորվեցին:
Սակայն այս ընթացքում ո´չ ՌԴ նախագահը, ո´չ քաղաքական վերնախավի մյուս դեմքերը արձանագրված դեպքերը չտարածեցին բոլոր զինվորականների նկատմամբ, այդ հիմքով բանակը որպես ամբողջություն չթիրախավորեցին, չվարկաբեկեցին և չանարգեցին:
Ավելին, որևէ մեկի մտքով չանցավ բանակը երկրորդական ինստիտուտ հռչակելու և հիշեցնելու, որ նրանք պարտական են հարկ վճարողներին, ըստ այդմ` հերոսը հարկ վճարողն է, այլ ոչ թե հայրենիքի պաշտպանությունը որպես մասնագիտություն ընտրած անձինք:

Այս իշխանությունը մեր երկիրը փորձում է դարձնել «բացառիկ» իրադարձություններով երկիր, սակայն ոչ թե երկրի իմիջի բարձրացման, հասարակական համերաշխության ապահովման, սահմանների անձեռնամխելիության ու անվտանգության աստիճանի բարձրացման տեսանկյունից, այլ պարտությունների շղթայի, կորուստների, բարոյական անկման և մյուս բոլոր կոմպոնենտների առումով»,- գրել է նա:
