Ինչպես գրում է Daily Mail-ը, հատուկ պոնտիֆիկոսի համար կառուցված Mercedes-Benz-ի մեքենան, ավանդույթի համաձայն, ամբողջությամբ սպիտակ է: Այն հատուկ տեղ ունի հովվապետին պաշտպանող շվեյցարական գվարդիայի ծառայողների համար:

Նշվում է, որ Mercedes-Benz-ը վերջին 45 տարիների ընթացքում Վատիկանին մատակարարում է «պապամոբիլներ»: Ընկերության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ պոնտիֆիկոսների համար մեքենաների արտադրությունը «հատուկ պատիվ է  ընկերության համար»:
