Հարավային Կորեայի նախագահ Յուն Սուկ Յոլի գործով դատախազները հայտարարել են, որ նախագահը չի ենթարկվել կիրակի դատարան ներկայանալու հրավերին: Նրանք հավելել են, որ շուտով ևս մեկ ծանուցագիր կուղարկեն, հաղորդում է Yonhap-ը:

Յունի՝ ռազմական դրության անօրինական սահմանումը հետաքննող հատուկ դատախազական խումբը հայտնել է, որ անցած չորեքշաբթի ծանուցագիր է ուղարկել նախագահին՝ նրան խնդրելով կիրակի առավոտյան՝ ժամը 10-ին, ներկայանալ Սեուլի կենտրոնական շրջանի դատախազություն: Յունը չի ներկայացել: Դատախազները մտադիր են երկուշաբթի Յունին երկրորդ ծանուցագիրն ուղարկել:

Յունը պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում հարցաքննված առաջին նախագահն է. չորս նախկին նախագահները հարցաքննվել են պաշտոնավարման ավարտից հետո, իսկ Պակ Կըն Հեի դեպքում՝ 2017 թվականին՝ նրան իմփիչմենթի ենթարկելուց և պաշտոնից հեռացնելուց հետո:

Նրա պարտականությունների կատարումը կասեցված է՝ մինչև Սահմանադրական դատարանը որոշում կընդունի իր պաշտոնում վերականգնելու կամ պաշտոնանկ անելու մասին։ Նախագահի պաշտոնը ժամանակավոր զբաղեցնում է վարչապետ Հան Դակ Սուն:

Դատախազներն ու ոստիկանությունը հարցաքննում են նաև զինվորական հրամանատարներին՝ ռազմական դրություն մտցնելու մասին հրամանագրի առնչությամբ:
