Շվեյցարական դատարանը քննարկում է Բաշար Ասադի հորեղբոր դեմ ռազմական հանցագործությունների գործը կարճելու հարցը

Շվեյցարիայի Դաշնային քրեական դատարանը քննարկում է Սիրիայի տապալված նախագահ Բաշար Ասադի հորեղբորը՝ Ռիֆաթ Ասադի դեմ հարուցված գործը կարճելու հարցը. Նրա նկատմամբ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ռազմական հանցագործությունների և մարդկայնության դեմ հանցագործությունների մեջ, հայտնում են տեղական լրատվամիջոցները:
Շվեյցարիայի դատախազությունը Ռիֆաթ Ասադին մեղադրում է բազմաթիվ հանցագործությունների մեջ, ներառյալ նրա համար, որ որ նա որպես սիրիական բանակի սպա սպանություններ, խոշտանգումներ և անօրինական ձերբակալություններ կատարելու, ինչպես նաև անմարդկային վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելու հրամաններ է արձակել:
Ըստ շվեյցարական Le Matin Dimanche և SonntagsZeitung պարբերականների՝ նոյեմբերի 29-ին Դաշնային քրեական դատարանը տուժող հայցվորներին տեղեկացրել է, որ ցանկանում է փակել Ռիֆաթ Ասադի գործով դատավարությունը։
Դատարանը հայտարարել է, որ 80-ն անց ամբաստանյալը տառապում է այնպիսի հիվանդություններով, որոնք խանգարում են ճանապարհորդել և մասնակցել դատավարությանը։
Քրեական գործը հարուցվել է 2013 թվականի դեկտեմբերին շվեյցարական TRIAL International ոչ կառավարական կազմակերպության զեկույցի հրապարակումից հետո։
